The gentleman with the locks may potentially be losing his job considering he wants to toss a bag at somebody instead of bagging it as part of his job I will be consulting the manager on the next day that the manager will be in This gentleman is so lazy as he cannot bag three items as he is scanning them instead takes the open bag and throws it at me and says here's your bag This man will be losing his job even if I have to go to corporate.
If this happens again I will be publicly posting photos of this particular employee and posting it as a review update This needs to be taken care of ASAP
And as an update just got off the phone with my lawyer if this gentleman throws another bag at me I will be pressing charges as well

Well that was a horrid experience, the guy working at 6 am , march 16 2024. Could not be bothered by customers to the point he called us mother F'ers just for being there. I was taking my husband to work and we had our 4 year old with us, the experience left me speechless and scared, mental illness and customer service don't mix. I am beyond angry and will search any avenue to to resolve this.

This Circle K has really turned into a joke. The other morning I stopped by and noticed a few customers waiting outside. Okay, there was the sign up gone to bathroom. But one customer said the guy working got in his car and left. Them came back with a female in the car. What kind of service is that at peak hrs in the morning. Is management and/or owners approving this behavior?

Horrible service! Soda machines down and they want me pay for a small ice with a purchased bottle drink! Also the store was hot and they have no bathroom for paying customers! I had to leave and go to a different store!

I do not understand why a service station does not offer its customers a public bathroom, in a town as friendly as Chaple Hill, it seems that its owners come from unfriendly states that use those customs of not having public bathrooms ... !!! what a bad service !!!

Okay so I have never rated anything like a gas station before but after a terrible experience with all aspect of my service I had an obligation to warn all about this circle k/Mobil 1) half the pumps don't work. Literally you can't buy any gas and to make things worse they are not clearly identified so you have to go drive up guessing it's a working pump. Also their air pump for tires is out of service. 2) If they work they require you to go inside half the time...not sure why? But it is terribly inconvenient 3) They have a policy to not have a gas can for those who ran out of gas. I know this because I tried to give them one and they refused. What kind terrible gas station doesn't want to help an unfortunately soul when they run out of gas? 4) The attendant's I have interacted are neither helpful nor friendly. 5) The store is dirty and unorganized, honestly not even worthy of selling lotto tickets.
