I've had a unit here for a few years; through the transition to new management. I loved the previous owner, he was very kind and ran a great business - he is the sole reason why I selected this location originally. The new owners have been even better, much to my surprise. They are readily available by phone or text - Taeshia and Taylor have been wonderful. They were responsive to my requests, incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The business owners have customer friendly policies that make moving in and out a breeze - you truly won't find this anywhere else. The location itself is safe and secure. My unit was in excellent condition and the overall property is well cared for.I'd select this storage location and business over any larger, corporate business any day - the value, customer service, and ease of use is unprecedented.

Very happy with my experience at American Self Storage. They are under new management and no one was on-site at the location I rented, but all arrangements made over the phone were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I recommend highly!

I've rented three units -- one climate-controlled, two not -- for ten years now and have never had any sort of problem. There have certainly been no rats. The owners are a pleasure to deal with.

Judy and Bill are two of the kindest and attentive proprietor’s you are bound to meet! They are accommodating and are excellent communicators when it comes to questions, concerns, and billing. They have a variety of spaces and will help you figure out what best suits your needs in that regard. They are not a chain and offer reasonable prices with a more cared for neighborly touch than you would get from other competitors in the area. Our items where kept clean and secure, with no issues. Aside from a storage unit we also stored our 19ft boat here, again with no issues. Would use them again in the future if needed.
