Giving this two stars instead of one because my past experiences have been great (cheerful and kind staff). They just hired new employees and my experience there lately has been awful. One of their staff members is sarcastic, rude, pushy and impolite. He interrupted me and talked down to me. I accidentally brought my expired passport with me which showed that I was 37. He didn’t accept it. I went back home to get my new passport and I asked if he carded everyone, and he said that he did. That was clearly a lie since the lady in front of me wasn’t carded.
