My Honda CRV warning system, went biserk. Thank goodness for Jessica and the mechanics at Chapel Hill Tire. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery, and made all the warning lights go away at a minimum cost! So grateful, so awesome, and they contacted me every step of the way. Thank you all so much!!!

Timely service based on appointment time. Ensure you receive all details of tire installation pricing before showing up. In addition to the alignment which I knew about, valve stem and mounting and balancing charges added more than $150 to the out the door price quoted over the phone.Service: Tires

Texted on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment to have a pre-purchase inspection performed on a used car I was hoping to buy pending the results. They did a beautiful job an awesome job they took pictures they wrote up a report. They provided me with a detailed inspection report and I went ahead and bought the vehicle and it runs perfectly so great company. I came here for a vehicle inspection. Never been here before in the past, but I was in the area for a few hours and thought I would give them the business. I parked in the parking lot on the side of the building. Two garage doors were open , I walked in to get my vehicle inspected. There were a bunch of people in this area. As I walked in and was going toward a door, a lady named Norma snapped at me and said " you can't be in here ". I told her that wanted a inspection and could I go through this door. The door lead to the service writer desks. She said NO , I was not to be in this area. Her attitude was absolutely horrible. She must have been having a very very bad day and she was taking it out on me as a customer. I told her I did not see any signs that say this was a restricted area. She came at me !!!!! What in the world ? Like she was going to grab me and throw me out. I went out the garage door I came in. She was right behind me. I turned and looked all over the building to see if their was a sign that said restricted area, no customers beyond this point, employees only. I did not see any sign at all. In fact I did not see a sign guiding you to an entrance. I turned around as she was just upon me and I said @ I do not see any sign that restricts me from this area. If you do not want your customers to come in here, there should be a sign posted. Well, Norma said in a very condescending wat got to the main entrance in front. She was pretty puffed up and huffy. Very bad for customer service. She should take some customer etiquette courses. I did find the front door and came in. They could not help me because they were booked up for a week. My son takes his cars here, but not anymore when I tell them how Norma treated me. The service writers were very nice , very pleasant and apologized for not being able to accommodate me today. I did tell them about the run in I had with Norma, they apologized profusely, I got the impression that this is not the first time this has happened. My recommendation to this business, place signs in restricted areas. FYI: If any customer did get hurt wandering in these areas, a law suit would be in favor of the customer because they did not post a sign saying restricted area , employees only , no customers beyond this point , etc. also please , please make sure that any employee that comes in contact with customers , no maker what the situation. Make sure they treat the customer with kindness, even if they are wrong or in a area they should not be in. You can say " oh sir, I am sorry but this is a area for employees only , our insurance regulations prohibit customers in here. As you walk them kindly outside or a customer area. Ask how can I assist you. A little kindness goes a long way. Here is the result of this of how I was treated. First , I will not patronize this business. Second , my family that takes their cars here will be finding another service center. That is 4 cars. Maybe they don't care or don't need the business. A company should never fall short on customer treatment and service.

I have had my cars serviced at this location for at least 30 years and have always been happy with the service (maybe not always the prices) provided. And it has been wonderful knowing that I can count on immediate help if I drive in with a small emergency--fuse, battery, heat light, tire, windshield wiper, etc. This is the favorite place for most of my women friends as we know we will be treated fairly. And they even provide rides to and from the station when needed.Services: Transmission

Very dissatisfied with my service. They found a lot of things wrong with my car that didn't need to be fixed and was going to charge almost $1000 unnecessary. If you have an old car do not go to them!!! I feel that they were trying to take advantage of me and I hope they don't keep doing this to people!

Super polite, with great customer service. Was able to get a timely appointment for an oil change and a thorough car assessment. We even got a video recording of the review. They identified a couple watch outs for the future but nothing immediate. Wet honest. So happy I called them!

I was very impressed with Chapel Hill Tire at University Place. From the initial phone call through the service and out the door, they were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Christian, Brian and Jessica were so helpful from the service desk. Andy and Jimmy went above and beyond in kindness as my service technicians. I will definitely use them again.

First time goer, Jessica at the front is the one who helped me from start to finish, and she was amazing! Everyone, and I mean everyone there was so helpful and just nice. Cannot say enough about the service we received from Chapel Hill Tire at the U-Mall. We had a flat tire on our way to Chapel Hill to move our daughter into school. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful, and worked us into their schedule so that we could get to the dorm for move-in day. Our daughter has her car at school, and because of our great experience, she will be a customer here for as long as she is in school! Thank you!

I discovered a nail in one of my tires as I was on my way to the museum. I stopped at CH Tire as this location was in the area where I was heading. The lady at the front desk was so kind and thoughtful. I'm sorry I did not get her name but she was extremely helpful. She told me I would have to wait until 4 to have my tire checked as we're booked up. My grand daughter became so upset that we would not make it to the museum based on the wait and she told me to wait a minute and came back to tell me they couldn't let that happen and that would check my tire out front. To say I was grateful is an understatement. They checked my tire and removed the nail. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I went to pay for the repair and she would not accept payment as she wanted me to enjoy the time at the museum. Again, I was so touched with this kindness. I made an appointment for the following week as this is the type of business I can count on and trust with my car needsThank you Chapel Hill Tire.
