It's hardly ever a good thing when you need to pull into a place for an emergency repair- but my van door had just been mangled and would not shut and I needed to leave town the next day. Classic Collision wasn't open yet when I drove in. Miss Ivey came out to ask me if I was ok and from that moment on, my morning improved. She reassured me that everything could be ok, and she was right. Classic Collision saved my day and my van door with professional and personal care seldom seen these days. I most highly recommend the shop in Chapel Hill for anyone needing or considering any repairs.

What a great experience at Classic Collision in Chapel Hill NC!. I noticed that someone had run into my right truck bumper two months or so, I don't really know when.
Brought a v dirty work truck to CC. They did estimate and the work. Beautiful work. AND THEY DETAILED MY Embarrassingly DIRTY TRUCK. That work alone would have cost $300.

Handled all the paperwork for the claim and payment efficiently so that all I had to do was bring my car and pick it up when the work was complete. Staff is extremely friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. They talked me through the repair to eliminate concerns about hidden damage.

My Volvo hood was damaged at Chapel Hill tire. John at Classic Collision took control and made all the arrangements with Capital tire to pay for the repair. Relieve me of all that stress. John and the front desk did an excellent job, very helpful. Very happy with the results.
