Horrible black lady didn't want to sell me cigars and gas and accused me with the police, damn I think that people like her shouldn't be here and I think she should be fired for racist disgust of a person I would like to talk to the owner of the gas because I even veto myself from the gas ps: I ask that she be fired if they don't want a lawsuit from all non-conforming Hispanics ???

It’s always nice to see Blessing behind the counter when we need to stop in and get snacks and drinks while we conducting business on Jordan lake. Blessing is one of the main reasons I stop here instead of Refuel on HWY64

Would give a 0 star rating if possible. I came in to buy a monster and doritos. I went to the cashier to pay and the cashier mumbled something under his breath. There was two different payment terminals. I went to the one to the left and cashier yells at me saying "AMIGO, I SAID THE OTHER ONE. DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH?" I was too stunned and angry to respond and I'm glad I didn't. Very rude. Felt judged due to my hispanic background. Will not be coming to this bp or any bp for that matter. If he wants to talk about knowing English then he should be going to an English class for the way he was non fluently speaking English. This experience will haunt me for the rest of my life due to the fact that i've never been judged for my hispanic background. I will forever have emotional damage and be afraid to go to another gas station ever again! Will file a company complaint on cashier. Disappointed. He should be fired and never work at any retail or convenient store ever again! Cashier was a male tall man who was balding.

Black lady at this store is just racist . The most bad service I ever see in a store . If she doesn’t want to work send it home . Find someone else that really wants to work .

If you're going out fishing on Jordan Lake, this should be your first stop for bait. They have a great selection of healthy minnows at great prices, along with a huge selection of live bait hooks of all sizes. It's my go-to spot.

Horrible foreign black lady who works there. I had 2 separate transactions and set a cape to the side to go with my second transaction but she immediately accused me of trying to steal and refused to grab me the cigarettes and vape pods I was trying to get. Definitely not coming back and definitely filing complaint with corporate

To the Proprietors: A employee w/ a Nigerian accent just told me she will not pay out on any change from the Gift Surplus machines. I told her not one sign or notification nor past experience has ever indicated this. To make things easy I said I'd give her 25 cents to round up. She threatened to call the cops as it was against her bosses orders to keep the change and round to the lowest dollar. I suggest you indicate this rule in big signage and renegotiate your employees contract as she was rude and aggressive in her conduct. Moreover, she screams her boss told her to do so irregardless of the law. Edited to add: I've reported this incident to Gift Surplus and other reporting agencies.

Harris teeter sign in never works on pumps even though each time they say they have fixed it. I refuse to bring my 8 month old out of a warm car in below freezing weather to “pre pay†with the cashier. Happily taking my business to the BP on 15-501. I live right next door to this “convenience†store but it is anything but convenient.

Horrible customer service. Bought a soft drink that had gone bad and the clerk refused to trade it in after I asked politely. When I told him I was going to trade it out anyway, he threatened to call the cops. Everything is way overpriced here as well.
