“I've been a customer for years and have always been happy. Last week they stepped up another notch in my ratings though! I took my Commencal V4 downhill bike in for terrible shifting issues. Forrest helped me and took a look while I waited, all to see if he could get me going again without leaving it. Unfortunately, I wasn't a quick fix, which I suspected anyway. After a day of waiting, great communication from Forrest and a very reasonable repair bill, the bike is amazing! New cable, complete set up she shifts like butter!! I couldn't be happier! “Terrific service. They always take care of me and the technicians treat my bike like it was their own. On my recent tune-up service they noticed I had added a purple accent color to my tube caps and stem cap. While replacing my derailleur cable they capped the end of the cable with a purple cap. It was a very minor thing but it highlights the shop’s attention to detail which is greatly appreciated.”
