I like this quiet bank.Everyone is friendly and patient.Even though I don't speak English well, everyone helped me and resolved everything well.Even when opening an account, issuing a credit card, or making a check, they are always friendly and smiling.Even when we took the children, everyone tolerated their noise.Thank you to this bank.

Hours are horrible? How are people who work during the day supposed to access the bank? Not before work and now apparently everyone out for lunch at the same time? I don’t feel respected as a customer trying to make a business deposit. Please do better staffing your locations and putting customers first.

The Financial Solutions Advisor, Ashton Brown, helped me to set up a new account and was very knowledgeable. After working with me patiently I now feel very well-informed, and I appreciate the amount of effort and attention he gave me despite being short-staffed.

This location has been closed for business for months (1/2022). Deposit boxes are only available after hours by appointment with staff meeting you there.

The Relationship Banker was knowledgeable of a myriad of transactions, account changes, direct deposit requirements and personal matters I needed to address during a recent move. She was patient, kind and thorough. I felt a great burden had been lifted when I left the bank.
