Hours are horrible? How are people who work during the day supposed to access the bank? Not before work and now apparently everyone out for lunch at the same time? I don’t feel respected as a customer trying to make a business deposit. Please do better staffing your locations and putting customers first.

The Financial Solutions Advisor, Ashton Brown, helped me to set up a new account and was very knowledgeable. After working with me patiently I now feel very well-informed, and I appreciate the amount of effort and attention he gave me despite being short-staffed.
