Zero stars, in fact I would give a ton of negative stars if I could. Have car with dead battery like had to jump it to get there, but the ground was wet so they refused to help me. Never using an autozone again.

Friendly staff. I went there to get the air balance in my tires and when I tried to pay he told me there’s no charge. I recommend this place.

Jackie is my personal angel today. Memorial day and my car has a dead battery. Triple A jumped me and said I needed a new one. Jackie took care of me start to finish. She taught me about how to replace the battery and made me laugh during a hard day. Everyone needs their own Jackie on hard days.

Jackie was awesome! I bought a battery at a different AutoZone that was further from my house, and they couldn’t get the positive connector off to change out the battery, so I eventually left, thinking I would have to take it to my mechanic. I decided to call the Chapel Hill store and got Jackie on the phone. I went over later that day and she very patiently worked to get the stubborn connector to come off. Then she brought in another coworker who had power tools, and they both changed out my battery, which is in a very awkward spot under the hood. I definitely recommend this store and Jackie and her awesome coworkers!

Store managers, Paul and Monte, were a tremendous help when it came to helping my find the right fuse for my Subaru. I bought the wrong set, struggled and struggled, but Monte came to the rescue and Paul ensured I was paying the right amount for the piece. Stand up guys!

I was there to replace my battery, it is under a warranty,well a worker pull my inf..to verify the warranty and still under warranty..a was going to get another one but the manager didn't approve..saying that was about to expire ...
