Amazing experience, Amazing staff! We had so many technical difficulties, the coupon not wanting to cooperate, the system doing weird things (but the whole online thing is a mess these past few days) but the staff was so helpful! We got everything done and I was moved in within a WEEK! Thank you so much Jennifer and Ci! I truly appreciate you and everything you do for your community

I am so sick and tired of the inconsistencies here since new management with GVA it’s been nothing but a nightmare with any and everything from the worst costomer service to just the general professionalism of the company they lack in every aspect of running a business!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. GVA REVIEWThis place is ridiculous they don’t deliver 1 single star since GVA took over because every other day there is something All buildings have a roach infestation also I keep getting lease renewals then the next day I get a 30 day vacate letter typed from the office and then another lease renewal letter so I’m so confused as to why the first 2 renewals weren’t put into the ledger and even though Sabrina says she’s trying to help she was very rude and condescending not to mention the number of property managers we have had in the past year we have had 5 total and pending a sixth and since researching GVA they have a F on the BBB And most claims have to do with over charges to peoples ax and charging accounts after they have moved out, also vacant apartments in my building have eviction notices… who are they evicting the roaches??? The roaches!? Just call an exterminator because I haven’t seen one in months. Also the new leasing manager for this month is always having mental health issues and having to close the office on top of false allegations she has made against residents. Not to mention the constant maintenance issues.BOTTOM LINE GVA JUST CAN’T GET IT TOGETHER!!

I have had nothing but maintenance problems since I have lived here. I have been without heat, mold exposure, no hot water due to furnace problems on multiple occasions , 3 ceiling leaks that clearly were never resolved and just keep continuing to reappear in the same spots that were “repaired”, all summer without the pool open, and plenty of other problems. Staffing does not listen to you nor do they care. Please don’t waste your money with this residence.

I've lived on the property for two years I've seen property management and matinence come and go. But Coreee Green the new maintenance man is Superberb. He's attentive respectful and thorough. I'm glad he's become a part of the property management team because I can be resasureed that Any job that needs to be done will be to completion. Thank you Coreee and I appreciate all the hard work you put in here.

Fabian, new current manager she is great and helpful woman she be doing a lot for this community and try to help everybody out and make sure everything in your apartment is fixed and everything goes smooth. I like her here she's doing a wonderful job. We need more people like her. She helped me out a lot with my rent situation and getting my apartment fixed. I really recommend anybody that's looking for a apartment they can come here. It's very affordable to live here. You will like it here

I used to live in F64 and I had mice and roaches bad. The mice were coming through the closet where the A/C and heat were located and the roaches from God knows where. I set out at least 8 sticky traps throughout the apartment and I’ll be darned if all…ALL the traps had mice in them. I had a devil of a time trying to break my lease and when I did they kept most of my deposit for breaking my lease. I had that apartment cleaner than before I moved in and they didn’t even take that into account. This complex is the worst I’ve ever been in. Do NOT move here. When I was here there was management changes 4 times in the year I lived there. The pic included is just ONE of the traps.

My apartment literally looks like it isn’t fully put together, there’s a whole in the wall, my bedroom door knob “locks” but it can still be pushed open. I asked to switch my apartment twice & they said no or that they’ll get back to me but never did. $1800 is a little much for these, I advise you all to look elsewhere.

Angie the representative of the office is soooo friendly , Amazing , helpful and has such a great personality she shows concern and cares for the residents here. She helped me and was there for me when i was worried about my friend that live here. Anything you need feel free to ask her she is helpful and very resourceful! Also the maintenance man J.D is very helpful he changed the locks on the door instant when it messed up .

The location is great, but the management company has changed multiple times in the few years I’ve lived here. The current management company is the worst. Maintenance is understaffed, so big piles of garbage around dumpsters and recycling bins stay there for days. I’ve been waiting a week for a simple maintenance request, and I’m not sure it will ever be done.

I strongly recommend against giving your business to this apartment.My friend, an international graduate student, was coming to UNC-Chapel Hill for Master's Degree. This is his first time in the US, and while looking for an apartment, he found this one. He and his roomate, (another graduate student from Brazil) applied to this place, giving them $200 to reserve an apartment. After they gave the apartment complex their money, the office ceased to answer their phone calls inquiring about moving in. One of the women in the office was actually rude to my friend (who is staying in my living room without a place to live), saying "why are you calling us so much" and he said "I want to rent an apartment, I am trying to give you money to rent an apartment." They have been rude and unprofessional. They had told us on Wednesday they would the Welcome letter on Thursday and the students could move in on Friday. However, it is now Friday and they have sent nothing at all and have continuously ignored the calls of the students, while still holding onto their $200. The students have an american guarantor (host family guarantor partnered with UNC Chapel Hill) and all of their documents are in order, the office simply will not rent them the apartment.Now, the situation has escalated to the point where upon hearing about the treatment of the international students, our director is now discussing a lawsuit against the apartments for taking advantages of students and scamming them. Their pool (which is visible from the office) is filthy and full of algae growth. The office does not even attempt to make a good impression in person as we stopped by regularly to follow up with the process since they will not call us back nor pick up their phones. If they treat this poorly before moving in, I can't imagine how they treat you afterwards. I do not recommend this place to anyone, not even my enemies.

I applied in May and have been making follow up every week until the 3rd week of June. I already paid the $125 application fee. You have to ring them 15 t0 20x before they will pick up. They would give promises that they wouldn't keep.The manager told us she will work on our application and will call back before the end of the day. We waited and didn't hear anything. The following week we called again, then told us that she’s gonna work on it again and can call back after several days. We did and was told that their system was down due to new management but said that it will probably resolve before the end of the week. We called again but still unresolved. I just requested to refund my hard earned money but they just give me this email address of the previous company. I emailed but didn't received any reply.
