Because I placed my order it took almost 30 min cause so many people ordered and only 1 worker plus the hamburger meat was raw in the inside and bacon was rubbery and bread was hard. And the cashier guy was just rude I spoke and he said is that all Like really don't be rude. I expect more from this store

I needed to tow my Volvo to the dealership because the key was stuck in the ignition so my roadside company called Bob's Towing. The tow driver said the only thing that's wrong is the battery is dead. The key won't come out with a dead battery. He charged the battery and the key came right out. He saved me tons of money from the dealership! Not to mention the driving back to the dealership with someone else wasting both our times. I'm so glad there are people like the man from Bob's Towing still out there is this world. THANK YOU!

Had my motorcycle stolen(towed) BOBS denied having my motorcycle after I had giving them my year model etc. after making a police report and doing self investigation found out they put my motorcycle in the system as a different year and model .and tried to charge me for a lot fee of 1300 $ this place is a joke ! I do not recommend this place . This is the most untrustworthy towing company in the triangle area.

I agree that this is a predatory towing company that targets college students. Car was wrongly towed and phone service was less than acceptable. Only cash accepted and this information was in no way communicated until arrived on site- which is quite far away from campus. Owner, Bob, was rude when contacted about the issue. Very unprofessional and unwilling to make his mistake right

Predatory towing company. $150 cash or $200 credit card. Extra $40/day. $60 to tow it back.
