Disappointed with this specific establishment as I have had AMAZING experiences at other Pawn Souths. Put a gun on layaway and was double charged. I didn’t notice until I went home and when I came back in I was told I was lying…until they pulled up the credit card receipt. Whatever, mistakes happen just apply my actual payment. Then we were told that because of the mishap on Pawn South’s side when we picked up our gun we would get a free box of bullets. Just picked up the gun and was told they were not going to be honoring their word. Why? No reason given other than no. To call me a liar and then to be lying on your own word is very ironic. I don’t know what the heck is going on with the Chadbourn location but it’s the worst location in SC and NC. If you’re going to Pawn South at least go to Whiteville.
