“I must say I have been a customer @ 410 for last 15 plus years. I wanted a Hairy wreath that everyone has to have now. I called three weeks ago to order two of them Ms. Robyn said she would call me when ready. She called week and half ago I said in next couple days I would pick it up. Well this nuisance called Covid had other plans. Ms Robyn expressed don’t worry I will hold them for you. Today I just knew that someone said that they had been sold! I was definitely wrong she held them in back for me. Majority of businesses would have said sell them she should have picked them up already! Small town values are almost obsolete I will say every employee @ 410 will go the extra mile to insure each customer has excellent customer service. Thank you so much for all you all do!”
