My fuel pump was acting up on me today and it was a little bit stressful, because I knew that it would have to be taken all the way from Chadbourn to Lumberton. My road side service contacted J&E auto and they accepted the assignment. The young man who was dispatched, ( I am so sorry that I neglected to get his name), was so very professional, courteous and polite. He kept me up to date with his location and ETA, through text messages. Once he got my car to Lumberton, he quickly sent me a text to let me know that my vehicle had been safely delivered, this certainly reassured me.and lessened my anxiety. GREAT JOB!

Big shoutout to J&E Auto. I broke my serpentine belt on a mini Cooper. And need I remind you not many people work on mini coopers. But this guy did and help me out tremendously. I’m very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him to everyone. Thank you again!!!

We were mid-vacation & our Subaru's tire literally came off on the highway. J&E were nice, honest & went out of the way to make sure we were safely back on the road.... including a trip for parts in Wilmington.Totally recommend for anyone in need in the area of Whiteville.We know we will be safe all the way back to TN.Thank you! ????

J n E auto repair are amazing! My alternator went out at almost 7 pm while on the way back to Ohio with 6 kids! They got my car back up and running and I barely lost any drive time! Called the number my insurance company supplied and a young lady answered and was super nice, she gave me the number of the young man that would be coming out to tow my car(ALEX) she said it would be a little over an hour before he got to me, but he was there in like 30-45 minutes and was so professional!!! I am forever grateful to J&E for coming to my rescue and sending such great and personable help, he met all of my car towing needs!!! Thanks Alex for being GREAAAAATTTTTT!!! Forever Grateful!!!

Shout out to Alex with J & E Auto for rescuing Justin tonight. He towed him, fixed his car and got him back on the road at 10 pm when nobody else was available. He took care of him and put this mama at ease. You don’t get many like him anymore. Where do I even begin? Mr. Alex is the BEST in the business! From the first time I spoke with him, I knew I got a professional and I knew that I was going to be happy with his services. He worked around my schedule, didn’t matter how late it was. Get this…he found out that it was my birthday, so he insisted that I spent the evening and celebrated my birthday with my friends and family, before coming to the location of the accident to meet me. He knew it was going to be late, but it didn’t matter to him because it was more important for him that I celebrated and enjoyed my birthday. WOW!!!Then, he was at the location before we got there and was already working on the car. He was very careful with my car and did EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to get it out of the situation that it was in WITHOUT damaging the car even more. He worked as hard as he could and usedEVERY technique he knew to get the car out from being stuck in a post on the ground. After 2 hours of working on getting the car out, he towed it to Fayetteville (an hour away) to drop it off for the shop to work on it tomorrow. WHAT A GUY!!! WHAT A SERVICE!!!
