Extremely frustrated with this business as they are changing policies on the daily. Left another business due to requiring a cc to fill up. Reported that company to the NC Attorney General's office. Not everyone, especially seniors have credit cards. That company then said they would work with parent. Switched to Enroh and they too are difficult regarding payment. How hard is it to take a check at time of delivery? Call the bank if you any doubts about funds. Rural NC deserves better. Uggh.

I've always had good service in the past, but I'm disappointed in the fact that gas was needed and tomorrow makes a week. How do you leave a customer through the coldest weather we've delt with AND Christmas without heat?!?! To top it all off, now I've got busted pipes in the house! ?

I know the other Big Companies want an Arm and a Leg to start service. The Lady there is nice. So far 2 years in now, the service and deliveries are prompt. This is a great company without all the big company requirements, , deposits/ credit checks, required usage for propane for supplemental heat. And for rural customers that is a bonus, as electric does fail often in winter storms in rural areas... Support our home grown local businesses!!!! 5 stars by all means
