“I have just experienced something that you just don't encounter much any more. A few months ago I needed service on what I thought was a dishwasher repair. After several attempts by Sound Furniture repairman to find out what the problem was it was determined it was my drain line under my sink and that the dishwasher was actually fine. Today I went in the office to find out why I still haven't received a bill. I was told by Carol that there was not going to be a charge. I tried to pay for a sevice call and she said the notes indicate there would not be a charge. I tried not to tear up only because you rarely get this kind of service any more. Mike and I will only buy our appliances from them for now on. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you again Sound Furniture and the best repairman ever!!!”

I found exactly what I was looking for, a computer desk, and the staff was very helpful in getting it safely in back of my car and assuring I could remove it safely as well, even though that meant some extra time & work to make it so.
