Kind, professional, and fast! the underbody cover for my car broke and was dragging on the ground during my recent vacation on the crystal coast. two other garages turned us down, but cedar point tire took us in at 5pm and had us out the door 20 minutes later. they perfomed the necessary repairs and were kind and professional throughout. this comes after they performed two emergency repairs for my friends (also during vacation) 15 years ago. It's good to be home, and thanks to cedar point, we have only good memories of our vacation!

I was a loyal customer until I brought my van in for an oil change. I drove it 3 hours with the air filter housing flopping around in the engine compartment and sounding strange. The technician who changed my air filter not only neglected to screw it back together, they DROPPED THEIR SCREWDRIVER IN MY ENGINE COMPARTMENT w the screw and LEFT IT.
I fished it out this morning when I completed the work I paid them to do.
I will never return. Ever. I am livid.

We were traveling on vacation and had a cracked wheel and a spare that would not work. Mike took our SUV to a welding shop and had it fixed and ready before we needed to head home. Best service I have ever received and allowed us to enjoy our family time knowing they were taking care of it. I would give these guys a 10 out 5 if it would let me!!

Over all the years, I have never had a bad experience at this place that both locations on Cedar Point boulevard. They do offer nitrogen top-offs. Great quick service and friendly desk.

Saw the commercials and thought I would give them a try.They ordered my tires and had them installed the next day.They also did my oil change and alignment and their prices were unbelievably reasonable.They will be servicing both my vehicles from now on.Awesome experience!

I stopped by in an emergency situation and the woman with glasses was not very friendly. I explained the situation and she asked for the tire size. Before I even gave her all the information she cut me off said they didn't have that size . All I got out of my mouth was 245/75 . Never got to say R16. But I guess this business doesn't need to sell tires. I highly recommend going elsewhere for tires or any repair . Disgusted
