I have never had more problems with a bank than I have had with Truist bank, ever since they changed from BB&T. I WILL be closing my account and going to another bank. Truist sucks!!!!!

No tellers available, until a rude male with glasses and I think some kind of bow tie showed up and tried to charge a fee to cash a check from one of their customers.. NOPE!

I went to pay a loan payment in cedar point after getting off a night shift at 730 AM. I went to cedar point which is 30 minutes from where I live because the banks website shows the Jacksonville Branch, which is 10 minutes from where I lived. I got to the bank and hour before it opened. Normally I don't like waiting somewhere closed but I did not want to go home. Wait, then go out again. Cuts into my sleep since I was working again that night. So when it hits 9am I drive up and pay the bill. Even told the teller, just small talk about the Jacksonville branch being closed. That's when I found out it was NOT closed it was an website error. She gives me my receipt and then says I can park and wait at the bank for it to open. She says no cars allowed when the bank is closed. Odd because their is a nice corvette parked there when I arrived, probably all night. I told her I normally don't show up that early and the signal say "unauthorized parking will be towed. Well I had business their, so I waited. So I asked her why she waited until I pulled up, not sooner and tell me this,, no reply. I told her they might want better signs with specific hours else everybody not "authorized", i.e customers cars could be towed. Like that car there parked at least over night. Her answer was one for the books. Customers would not get towed, (I was a customer) when the bank was open (sign has no set times) and it was a security issue. (Wait what?? What's the car going to do rob the place??) Oddest thing, if I had walked in to pay the bill. Nothing would of been said to me since she never saw who was in the car.. let me tell you my car was offended,, personally I think my car feels it got called out was because of its color.

Rude customer service inside the bank office. I don't work there, you do. If I have a question, it's your job to answer professionally and politely. I don't know bank policy timelines and how long records are kept. This particular Representative at the Cedar Point Branch was condescending, snippy and rude.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Will be closing my accounts next week. Condescending tellers that act like they are bothered to do the job they are paid for. Long lines. Outrageous fees, and just overall poor service. The app sucks too. See ya Truist. You have lost my business!!

Stopped by at 4:20 (bank closes at 5) to open another account and was told I couldn’t do so because no one was there to do it! We were told to come back another day. We sure will, but it won’t be at Truist! We will be taking our business elsewhere where it is appreciated!

I had one of the nicest experiences ever at a bank today. Ramones, and Missy went out of their way to accommodate me and I'm so appreciative. Thank you for your kind ness and help since I was under the weather.

Ever since they closed the branch on the island and forced me over here it has been a very poor experience. The one older head bank teller lady is very condescending and assuming. The fees are outrageous And the customer service helpline is a 30 minute wait and they are ignorant.
