I took my 1997 Ford F150 to get the radiator core changed in it so I can have heat or air condition. It took them over a week to get it fixed and two weeks later I smell freon again.. so I called the owner of DNR. His name is Dale. He told me the man who fixed my truck has passed away so he has no one who could fix it anymore so I had to take it to another shop another thousand dollars called Mr. Dale and let him know that the man who fixed it said to me whoever done this before did not put a new one in there, and as they were putting it in have to take out the whole dash steering wheel and all but instead of unloading the bolts like you’re supposed to yanked it out, told Dale about all of this he told me to get my receipt whenever I get a chance and bring it back and he would give me half of my money back which he should had gave all my money back since they didn’t put in a new one like I paid for so when I took my receipt to Dale he told me oh I don’t give refunds. It’s been longer than 30 days so I suggest anyone who wants to take their vehicles to D&R in Maiden N C ..turn your car around and go to someone else because you will get ripped off. I would not even give him one star and he supposed to be a child of GOD , when he needs to get on his knees and pray to God,

I have been taking my vehicles to D&R for over 30 years. My fist experience was with an old station wagon my husband and I owned. It would cut off while driving. One mechanic told us it would cost over $300, they had to change all the gas line and drop the gas tank and clean it out. At that time we could never have afford that. A friend told us about Dale and we took the car to him. We dropped it off and barely got home (we lived 10 minutes away) and he called and said it was ready. It was a pin hole in the gas line at the top near where gas is pumped in. He charged us $35. They are honest and dependable. I love the fact that they are not ashamed to display God's Word in the office with an open Bible.

I won’t be back! I rated this 2 stars because several people recommended the shop to me otherwise it would be 1. Their experience is obviously different than mine. I dropped my truck off for a radiator flush and fill. I paid 169.00 and when I got home popped the hood and found the overflow empty. I thought that was odd so I popped the top on the radiator. I had to dip a paper towel into the radiator just to find any fluid and when I did it was straight rusty brown water! No radiator fluid at all. So I did what I should have done to start with and drained the radiator and flushed it myself. I had the water running clear in 6 empties of a 5 gallon bucket. Added fluid, burped it for an hour or so and then added to the overflow. What do you know, nice bright green fluid and not rusty brown water. Checked it 3 days later and it’s still full bright and green unlike my wallet after this service. Lesson learned.

Great service. Had brake pads replaced. Price that I was charged was way better than what I was going to have to pay at another body shop. Highly recommend!

Dale, the owner and Julia are amazing. When you go to have something done, know that Dale will try everything possible to fix or repair your car without breaking the bank. Very reasonable in their prices. Dale keeps you posted on the progress and costs to repair your car. Very efficient and dependable.. they have me for life as a customer....
