“Headed to Asheville from Charlotte for Labor Day weekend on Friday at 1:45pm the car started making a grinding noise before we got on I-40. Thank goodness for these guys. We stopped by and the guys were able to get us in, assessed, parts ordered and replaced. Got new back roaters and brakes for a fair price. Would consider driving 45 mins from home to come have these guys work on our cars. Great shop.”
“I recently (mid June 2024) had my 2014 VW GLI repaired at Guy Robert's after a run-in with an animal resulted in the car being a total loss claim by insurance. They repaired all of the mechanical and A/C issues quickly and at reasonable prices. They didn't use OEM parts, but did use high-quality aftermarket parts that they personally have a trusted experience with using.
They don't do body work, but in my case that was fine as the only body damage was cosmetic components (e.g., the lower grill and front spoiler trim).
To date, my car drives great/like new. I recommend using them for all your repairs and service needs.”

Pricing was very reasonable for the work performed, also received pricing for additional services in the future. The truck was completed quickly and everything is operating as it should. Debbie at the front was very personable and made sure I had everything I needed at drop off/pickup.”

“I have been taking my vehicles to D&R for over 30 years. My fist experience was with an old station wagon my husband and I owned. It would cut off while driving. One mechanic told us it would cost over $300, they had to change all the gas line and drop the gas tank and clean it out. At that time we could never have afford that. A friend told us about Dale and we took the car to him. We dropped it off and barely got home (we lived 10 minutes away) and he called and said it was ready. It was a pin hole in the gas line at the top near where gas is pumped in. He charged us $35. They are honest and dependable. I love the fact that they are not ashamed to display God's Word in the office with an open Bible.”
