The manager is friendly enough but we have so many issues with everyone in the neighborhood getting the wrong mail or packages missing. When you try to call you can hardly get someone to answer the phone. Usually it will ring for 3 1/2 minutes and then go to a busy signal.

I had to buy and send a money order for the first time here. The black haired lady at the desk was super kind, caring and helpful. Every place needs a person like her working there.

Gotta pass on this one. Closing daily from 12p-1p makes it impossible to take care of even basic postal needs, especially if you can only get there during that time.

Lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. Proceeded to tell me I needed an envelope to return some items I had a shipping label for and saying she can’t do anything without an envelope when the professional thing to say would be you need something to ship the items in WE DO SALE BOXES and they are right behind you. Instead her nasty smart mouth was trying to be difficult. Of course I knew they needed a box because I don’t know what envelope she thought 5 clothing items would fit in….. if you don’t like your job find another one.

Won’t deliver packages to your front door if they don’t fit in your mailbox, will mark them as “delivery attempted”, then you’re forced to take time out of your day to accommodate their odd business hours to come get your package that they wouldn’t deliver because they’re too lazy to put it on the front porch.

Always had a good experience at this post office--just got to remember the 12-1pm lunch break. I forgot once and had to drive to another post office. Main woman who works there is friendly, I will miss working with her when we move.

Postal worker never leaves my package because they're too lazy to walk across my lawn and put it on the porch...so leaves a slip that says "no access" when there's literally nothing but grass. So I constantly pick up packages from this post office, except today the woman wont even let me get my package without an ID - wow, all of a sudden you follow rules?? So I say ok, can I fill out the form to have that package re-delivered and she says no! So I have to leave without it. Stop being lazy AND LEAVE MY FLIPPIN PACKAGES ON THE PORCH ?

No one answers the phone. :/ I am trying to find out why Amazon says USPS can't deliver mail to my house right around corner from the post office. The tracking shows the package made it to the post office. I get Amazon USPS deliveries all the time, so why not today? Why is no one answering? I have been trying for hours.

The only post office I've ever seen to be closed from 12-1 for lunch. I understand employees need to take lunches, but you've got to at least have one person on at a time. There's not a single person even in the building to accept already post marked items that are too big to deposit in the drop slot.
