All they do is reply rudely to valid reviews. They are a predatory and overpriced towing company. Call Hooked Up towing in Wilmington if you need a reliable towing company.

My vehicle lost control and ended up in a ditch. The accident did not cause any major damage but due to the location of vehicle it required a tow truck. Intercostal Towing was called and got there relatively quick. The towing of the vehicles was a success and it didn’t appear there were additional damage. When I went to recover my personal belongings I noticed I was missing a significant amount of money from my purse and glove box. When I confronted the front desk I was told “it was an accident things could have shifted”. (Every bit of my personal belongings maintained in place) The owner was called and said he was with the driver, but I recalled only one person (Lee) was present. The front desk also said that they would check the cameras to see if the vehicle was tampered with while it was in the lot, but I have yet to receive a phone call (going on 2 days). I would not trust the tow truck driver s that they have, considering the money was buried deep in my purse and the only way to get to it is to physically search and take it. The fact that all of personal belonging stayed in my car, makes me believe that whoever had access to the vehicle was the one who rummaged through the vehicle and searching for valuable belonging.I would not use or trust this towing company.Service: Car towing

My husband and I traveled from Atlanta to Burgaw to pick up our cargo van from there. On our way home it overheated so we called Intercoastal. We told them the situation, and that we had a cargo van and trailer. I was given an estimate of $210 to tow our vehicle 15 minutes away. Once we arrived they changed the price to$300.Service: Special vehicle towing
