“I love this place! The owners are incredibly friendly and always help you find something or answer questions you may have. Prices are good, especially considering how far out they are, I was expecting to pay much more for stopping there. And I love the fact that when I walk in they always ask if I need help, it's a rather large place and if you don't visit often you could spend ages looking for what you need so that is always a plus for me. They have a little bit of everything everything you could need too, from oil, to random tools, to small parts, and of course ammo. It's great a great place to stop by.”

“I love Harbor Freight. This is only the second one I have ever been to. It isn't as big as the other but it was a lot cleaner....it is a pretty new location though. I couldn't find half of the items that I had gone there to purchase so I'm sure I was looking lost. While an employee was walking pass me, he had asked how I was doing and if he could help me with anything. Very cool because I hate having to hunt someone down to ask where something is. After I told him that I have 3 items I can't find, he walked me through the store to each item. I got to register and there were more than one register open with only a couple people in line....so check out was easy flowing. I'll be visiting this location from now on.”

After 2 months of going back and forth with the IME dept numerous times, and having to drive 3 hours back and forth to Myrtle Beach to look at the counter top because they wouldn’t send a picture for us to approve the countertop color, BTW Sandy at Thompson Marble was great! We finally went to Lowe’s this morning and got everything straightened out with the help of Thomas and Crystal in the countertop dept . They were great! 6/24/24 Went into Lowe’s to order our new countertop,

“We have just returned from a trip to the Wilmington Eastwood Home Depot. While we were quite disappointed that we had to load and haul 10 bags of gravel from the garden center all the way to the front registers…( it was after 8 and the garden center was closed). But this is not a complaint…we drug our cart across the parking lot having obtained the gravel desperately needed for tomorrow’s project, and started to load our truck….suddenly an apparently off duty employee who had been checking out at the same time we were appeared behind us with four bags of gravel in her cart. “Did you want these?, she asked. We laughed. She had seen the bags fall off our cart (we hadn’t noticed) she picked them up and followed us to our Truck!
Please give Wanda the biggest raise possible, she is the epitome of customer service!”
