Called the first of June for a face, feet and fanny trim appointment for our our Goldendoodle. I called again in July to check where we were on the list and whoever I spoke with said our name had been lost on the list due to a clerical error and I was assured I'd be put on priority status. Called back the first of August and was told since I'd been on the list for '9' weeks, I'd be at the top of the list and next for the first available appointment.Almost 10 weeks from our initially calling for an appointment our Goldendoodle is in her first heat; which was the reason for wanting her trimmed. The final straw was our sweet little girl not being able to see because of the hair in her eyes, and not seeing the closed gate at the top of our five deck steps as she bounded upwards, hit it, and fell backwards! She was sore, but thankfully nothing broken or seriously hurt!If you want a well run and dependable grooming service, look elsewhere as this one does not deserve the single star I'm forced to give to write the review. I'll also be looking elsewhere for home baked treats and toys as I would not trust anything coming out of this establishment masquerading as a place for everyone's pet food, home baked treats, supplies and grooming!

Waited almost 10 weeks for a grooming appointment. When I called I got every excuse imaginable. I'd gone in and visited the store and it was nice enough and the person I spoke with was extremely informative. I called the net week to schedule a trim and it looks like I'll have to book elsewhere.Not a very dependable store, and I'll not be back!

Nice store for pet food and toys but very disorganized in groom appts. Good Luck if you want to use this place. I suggest going elsewhere.

Excellent grooming services. I picked up my Shih Tzu today and not only did she have a beautiful grooming, but an added spa service of deep conditioning with warm towels! They have added all kinds of optional services for your pup.Its always fun to leave with some special treats too. Wonderful people and wonderful experience!

Stopped by just to check this place out since I'm getting my new puppy on Sunday! They had everything and everything you could possible want. The bakery section is adorable and had so many fun options to pick from. I ended up just getting some toys for my pup but will definitely be returning with him to get some yummy treats and toys!
