Wide selection. If you are a teenager like me, I would typically not come here for clothes but I would come for shoes and purses. Prices are high but you should expect that since the items are in good condition. Found coach and Steve Madden purses. Went to the men’s section with my dad and the selection is smaller but the clothes are in good condition. Found a grandpa sweater lol, it was originally 28 but it had a yellow tag so it was half off. Went to the purse & shoe building. Was pretty nice but if you have big feet, the selection isn’t that big. Found a purse and it was half off. It was real leather. I would come back if I were visiting North Carolina again.

Confusing and unpleasant. The shop has a decent variety of women’s clothing but I’m disappointed with todays visit. Upon coming in, I went to check with the girl at the front about how much credit I had on file. She informed me I wasn’t able to shop with my credit until sep. 4th due to books being worked on BUT I could place any items I found on hold and then come purchase them after the 4th. I was happy to hear that and went on shopping. About 45 min later I bring my items to the front and a different lady then tells me I cannot put them on hold due to the Labor Day sale. So in the end I couldn’t use my credit or put things on hold to purchase once their books opened back up after the 4th. A wasted trip and disappointed with the lack of ability to use my credit with the store. Fingers crossed the next visit to try and use my credits goes better.

Victorias Closet has a great selection in upscale goods. However, I think they need new management. I went in the store last week and the girl at the counter was unfriendly. Maybe they should get rid of her.

The dark skinned lady was extremely judgmental and seemed to act miserable, she was not helping me nor did I ask for help but she stared me down with the nastiest look and made me very uncomfortable. My experience was very unpleasant although the men's store staff was very welcoming and extremely nice and I would recommend it but I will not be back to the ladies store because of that lady making me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. It's a very nice store but as long as she is there I will not be back.

Decent selection of women's clothes. Somewhat more expensive than expected though. Only bought a toboggan and a shirt. It is definitely worth the visit if you like a unique shopping experience and an old house with a basement.

Beautiful clothing, purses and shoes. Very organized, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Bought a red wool jacket and red/tan Coach purse. Can't wait to wear!

Last time was my 1st time there. The dark skinned clerk behind the counter acted like she was really put out when I asked her about the layout of the store. Today, same clerk had to be bothered to tell me where the restroom was. After waiting at the counter several minutes for someone to check me out I peeked in the office and said politely that I wanted to give them some money, a voice came back with a snarky attitude and told me “ to be a little patient” someone would be there soon. Ok I’m done here. I paid and left but will certainly never go back. If your staff can’t be friendly at least ask them to be respectful.

My gfs and I stopped here on our recent girl’s trip. What an over-hyped, overpriced bunch of stuff! I picked up a no-name blazer to try on - to find that it was both filthy and missing a button - priced at $58!! Wow! Literally nothing under $28 - regardless of the brand! Don’t waste your time, ladies!
