Very nice store with something for everyone (even a Starbucks inside if you're into that). As vegans we found everything we needed and even better options than our Publix in South Florida. All employees were nice and helpful as well.

Rude workers. I waited for someone to help in the fish department. Workers saw me waiting, but took time to finally wait on me. I asked when the salmon came in and the response was "It's been here.". Asked another worker where I could find chicken gravy. First he said "What" and I repeated my question. He never once looked at me, just said Aisle 6. Went to check out. No one at the open register. Went to another register with a customer with large order in front of me when I noticed the worker was back at the other opened register. Walked over there and the cashier went off to chat with two workers at the self check. I waited for her, but she was oblivious to a waiting customer at her register. I left.

Disease transmission is a big issue here. Staff does not wear face masks. Today a bagger was coughing and loudly joking that his voice sounds like Froggy on the Little Rascals and he was not wearing a mask. I don't want his germs. The store manager doesn't wear a mask either, so why complain?

This was not a pleasant shopping experience. And mostly I think it's just because the store has been neglected. A lot of inventory was out of stock, and the store furnishings felt a little dirty and dusty. The grocery carts' wheels were really squeaky too. Again, maybe they just need a little tlc here. There were a lot of people in the store, at all times. In fact it was busier than every business I visited in this small town!? The self checkout moved relatively quickly but the lines with staff members were long. I liked that they had some local products (Biltmore wine for example).

This place had everything!! I was just a tourist, but everyone I came into contact with made it feel like home!! Excellent produce and meat sections. Very fresh!!

Although the selection of grocery items is very good, beware of the accuracy of your receipt! I have NEVER been to this store without major errors on the pricing of items on my receipt. Today the overcharge on two items was over $6.00. When I called to report the overcharge, they had no interest in correcting the discrepancy in their computer. Bad customer service. Always check your receipt here!

Your typical Ingles, lower quality and service than a Public or Kroger, but lower prices as well. The younger (most likely teen) cashier simply stated at me instead of telling me my total and to swipe my card - not sure what the deal was there. Additionally, I was always told by my Grandma to check the sell by dates on the items they sell. as I was checking out, the man in front of me was trying to get his money back for some expired fruit. I found that slightly entertaining.

The store was well stocked and clean. They had a great selection of meat (they call your name when your deli order is ready to avoid lines). Had a great bulk food selection (packaged the scoop-able nuts.... for safety. Overall we were impressed with the selection and COVID related adaptations that we're made without being cumbersome.

Ingles in Cashiers is bright, clean, and well stocked with a variety of items so it's exactly what you want in a grocery market! They also have a good selection of beer and wine and the pork chops we got from their deli were great. I also recommend their house brand pimento cheese as it's actually made with sharp cheddar (which is what you want) and not Velveeta like some inferior brands use. Enjoy with Triscuits!

Right down the street from where we stay in Cashiers! While this isn't our Publix in Florida, it is the next best thing. They have everything you could need, an amazing, and I do mean AMAZING produce section, a large deli and hot bar, a fine meats and seafood section and of course everything else. The folks at the registers are always happy to help if you forget your ingles card. If you don't have one, get one, keep it safe (Especially if you're only up there once a year or so) because that card keeps your prices down.

Great super market you can find everything you need if they don't have it speak to the manager sometimes they will get it for you good service friendly Have not used the pharmacy yet
