I made nail appointments here and received no confirmation (even though their website said the owner would get back to me). I tried to call to confirm before I drove all the way there, but there was no answer. I left a message, but received no call back. When we got there, the lady at the front desk said her sister must not have looked at the schedule because she wasn't in the building and asked if we could come back the next hour. Kind of annoyed, we agreed. While we were running errands to kill time, I got a call (I guess from the lady who 'wasn't there') asking where I was and if I was coming in for my appointment. When I explained what happened, she sounded confused and said we couldn't have our appointments at the same time if we came later. Maybe they're good at what they do, but we ended up cancelling the whole thing.. I don't think the owners even talk to each other. Worst communication I've ever experienced from a business.
