Don't assume this store is higher priced because it is a small local location. The service was great, employees friendly, knowledgeable and mattress priced right.

Would give this negative stars if there was such a rating. Shopped July 8 2021 and selected a Stearns and Foster king mattress and foundation. Was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. Paid in full. Three weeks later I called and was told in a snickering tone that it would be at least another month. When I asked why was I told 2-3 weeks they told me the mattresses were back ordered and that 5 people had ordered and I was third on the list. I called again 3 weeks later to inquire on status and was told they don’t know when it will be in but they will bring me a loaner mattress so my guests would have a room. Loaner was delivered 9/7. The driver drove over the decorative rocks on our drive and knocked over a table lamp causing a crease to the shade. Called again 9/27 to find out status and was told 60 mattresses were coming in Wednesday and mine would surely be on the truck. Got a call 9/29 scheduling delivery for afternoon of 10/1. Two hours before delivery I received a call that there was a brown stain on the mattress that they didn’t notice when it was off loaded. Promised delivery for 10/5. Owner of store offered no discount or partial refund to compensate for their continued extension and delay and inconvenience to us. We have tried to be understanding with supply issues but there was no proactive outreach on their part to apprise us of the situation. If they had been upfront about the extended delivery times we could have had other options. I will never do business with this outfit again.

Although it took a few weeks to get frame due to manufacturer issue....I was able to get a great Sealy at a reasonable price. Great service and great delivery people. Thanks...I'm loving my new bed!!!

Amazing experience. Scott and Mark were so knowledgeable but not hard sell. Delivery precisely when expected. Best customer service. Will definitely be working with these gentlemen again. Not just for beds...... furniture is good quality for reasonable prices. Dog Aspen puts it over the top!
