I got my free 4 fried shrimp just by spending $5.00 with the app. The shrimp had a nice crusty breading and were cooked just right. My chicken sandwich tasted great as usual.

On 1/28 at 9:30PM I realized I was too late to order in the dining room, so i walked over to the drive thru and waited patiently as I had 3 hungry children at home . When it was my turn to order, I was ignored because I was on foot. I understand that it's a 'drive thru' but communication would've been sufficent, even if it was a " sorry m'am, cars only" INSTEAD I was mocked and humilated! The staff laughed hysterically as they served the car ahead of me, joking with the current customer and looking back at me shaking their head because they have never seen a mom who was willing to do whatever was needed to feed her children. I didn't served, but I did get embarressed! I honestly would've been okay if they told me they couldn't serve me instead of ignoring me and laughing at me with staff and customers.

This location is very well managed. The staff is friendly. The food is served fast. The portions are ample. This is in reference to the evening shift. Has seemed consistent for quite a while.

Almost skipped this location because of the rating but gave it a chance.Didn't wait in drive thru long at all. Received food right away and it was hot and fresh. Went around 2pm ?

This Zaxby’s is great. Workers are great and always getting orders out as soon as possible! They are definitely a great zaxby’s around Raleigh/Cary area!

If you like me and never tried or only tried their chicken strips and didn't like it. Try the wings....just try the wings(traditional) with tongue torch sauce....you're welcome.

Putting 1 star on atmosphere. I don't know who thought live music in Zaxby's was a good idea, but it wasn't enjoyable. He sounded like he had taken a few lessons but was not stage ready... It was tough to listen to.

Horrible service and food was disgusting. For the amount of money you spend and the long wait time it should have been excellent. I highly recommend you skip this place and go somewhere else that appreciates there customers.

4/11/2023 Lunch drive thru. Guy at drive thru extremely professional and accommodating. There was no one ahead of me in drive thru. And when I got to the window my Wings and Things was followed right behind my change. Order was perfect and as ordered.The tenders were bigger than I have seen them in 3-4 years and were tender juicy and full of flavor. BtW, I ate one of them, so picture only shows 2 of them. Must have switched vendor. But keep them!!!Awesome job this visit team and thank you!!!
