FYI, this location has been / is very difficult to contact over the phone. I have been a customer for many years. I was ~20 minutes late for an appointment (that I thought I was 10 minutes early for) was told that they can't squeeze me in (understandable) and that I would be charged a $35 no-show fee. It's on me that I was 20 minutes late, but most businesses would waive the fee for existing customers and first time offenders, especially if they're in the shop and looking to reschedule. Bad customer experience. Also, note to the owners, I recommend sending appointment reminders to phone/SMS to minimize this issue.

I have been trying to get in contact with the owner for months to discuss the neglect of my dog's grooming services. My dog, maxwell has been groomed multiple times and never had his ears cleaned at the groomer, even though I paid for it. This led to Maxwell getting an ear infection after I found massive matts in his ears, going back to the groomer and they told me they have never been cleaned. His vet bills for the rest infection costs almost $400. I would still like to discuss this with the owner as the services were unacceptable.

Pretty disappointed in my golden’s groom today. His paws look untouched. His tail doesn’t even look like it was brushed let alone trimmed. Ears are uneven.

We've been going to Laura for years. She's an amazing groomer and dog lover. My two Goldens come out looking like they've had a fabulous day at the spa! Highly recommend, it's hard to find someone who knows how to groom goldens any better than Laura!

They really want to make your doodle look like a poodle.
I was trying to get my dogs fur to be short and they said it was going to be 2-3 hours for the groom and I got her back in 45 mins and other than the nails and making her look fluffy didn’t look like much was done.
I was willing to give them a second chance but it looks like this is their policy for initial grooms. For the price they are charging I was very disappointed with the service and I he overall communication when calling someone

I has been their customer for many years. I remembered this appointment time wrong for the first time. I was 18 min late when they called me and told me that they can’t do glooming at that time and had to reschedule to another day while charging me $32.50 for no show fee. I understand that it’s my fault not on time but most business will waive the fee if it’s the first time and is been rescheduled to keep their loyal customers. Not good business model

I have been taking my dog here for the last 3 years! today was the first time I was late. They still charged me a 50 $ no show fee even though i dit show up granted 45 min late! They did not take the dog anymore but I still had to pay even though I rescheduled!

We love Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, Cary! We have been bringing our furry boy here for 5+ years. Laura is our long time groomer, she is great with our dog since the very first time and our dog comes home calm and happy every time. We have had other groomers at this location who have equally been great handlers so I can praise their choices when hiring new groomers. Our dog has never come home with razor burns or any kind of injuries, which we have been thankful for. Our first few groomers at other establishments often hurt our boy which is painful for us as his family.
Their prices compliment their work, remember, you get what you pay for and you love your dog(s)!!
I highly recommend Woof Gang Groomers!

We have been taking our Bernedoodle to Woof Gang for a few years and they are fantastic! Before finding Woof Gang we were never happy with the groomers we tried. Laura is the absolute best and always does the best cut! The front desk staff is so friendly and we cannot imagine going anywhere else for a groom! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing experience for our puppy! We had a mini groom to start getting our puppy used to the groomer, and then a few weeks later, did a full groom. I had low expectations for the full groom since our puppy is very high energy. But she came back looking amazing and feeling silkier than ever!
