I had Sarah Evans as my FNP after Carolyn (who was wonderful) left and since then the quality of care has really gone down hill.
Sarah could not for the life of her focus long enough on the issue I came in with and instead was staring at bug bites on my skin. I was there because a surgery I had was leaving me with a lot of pain and in her infinite wisdom, she ignored, didn’t say anything about it and then proceeded to say: are you not here for the bug bites.
The only thing she knows how to do is referrals and she’s subpar at best on that too. She cares so little and it truly shows in her work. Honestly disappointed that I am paying for being “treated”…
If you want to discuss a bill issue or want to schedule an appointment or really talk to anyone it’s not happening unless you call at a very certain time (which I am not privy to).
As I am now looking for a new doctor, if someone were to be looking for one as well, I would steer them clear of here.

Sarah Evans, PA-C caused my ears to be in pain for several days after my basic ear swab. In my opinion, this practice was very unprofessional.
When I called to discuss a bill, I was told I would need to call the East Cary office to speak to their billing person. Who didn't answer the phone or return my calls. The receptionist at the East Cary office told me he was at the West Cary office!
We were charged $2,000 for a basic lab test(food sensitivity). We were misled into believing it would be covered by insurance. Only go here if you want to be bilked out of your hard earned money.
They are misleading and evasive when you attempt to communicate with them.

I've been taking my parents-in-law to see Dr. Nunez for many, many years. Dr. Nunez and his medical team are always very kind, gentle, efficient, and caring. My 89 years old father-in-law and 85 years old mother-in-law are very happy and satisfied every time after seeing Dr. Nunez.It is especially true with my father-in-law because over the years he has acid reflux, nerve pain, and sleeping problems. Dr. Nunez has helped control and improved his condition by proper prescriptions and routine checks. We are very lucky to have Dr. Nunez and his team as our care provider. 5 star!!!

The staff are very professional and friendly , Ms Sarah Evans she’s the best she care about her patients she’s very professional she’s the best I will recommend this place 110 percent they are just wonderful .

I put two stars because of the billing/finance department. They messed up with bills of primary and secondary insured and I had to pay twice the same amount/same bill. They kept on sending the bills for 2 years even after multiple clarifications through phone. Not even understanding/accepting what I am trying to prove.

I gave a two-star rating because the location looks nice, the doctor was helpful during the appt. for my son, but everything from setting up the appointment to following up on information was terrible.The front desk was totally off-putting, rude, unprofessional, and didn’t have much knowledge. Not a place for boys. I wouldn't trust my child's information with this small practice. Information is not in good hands here and they will talk you in circles!

I have been going to Dr. Nunez for approximately ten years and in that time I have never had a problem getting an appointment within 24 hours of me calling. Dr. Nunez has always been a very empathetic and patient listener.

My experience with Dr Nunez was overall average. He does listen to your concerns but doesn't really do a good job in explaining conditions or his approach. It's really important to build a trusting relationship with your PCP however after my recent annual physical, I realized this practice is all about money making. I just asked couple of questions about my general health during my physical, doctor literally spent less than 2 minutes talking about and I got a bill in the mail for my visit (even though annual physical was covered by insurance). I wish Dr had explained this to me during my visit so that I was informed about this and would've taken a decision if I wanted to pursue this or not.I understand business needs money to survive but the way this practice tries to milk you for money is really shady. I will not be going back. Stay away if you can.

The way they treat you here as a patient and as a human being is great. The staff is wonderful and always pleasant and even at times I didn't have an appointment, they were so helpful at getting me in at short notice. Dr. Nunez is great and I'd recommend this place to anyone.
