We've been going to Dr. Munn for several years with two different rescue pups and couldn't be more happy. Him and his staff helped us through some hard times with the loss of our first pup from Peak Lab. Not long after we rescued an abused pup from Crisis Dogs who was scared to death of new people. She warmed up to Dr. Munn immediately. We've always felt like they've treated us like family and couldn't imagine going anywhere else ❤️

I took my mom’s cat there to get her vaccine, the staff was amazing. They all treated our little one like family. Dr Munn was very thorough and caring I would definitely recommend them for anyone that was in need of fur baby care!

My Cat was hiding for an hour before I tried to get her out and take her to her appointment at 3pm. I called and said She's hiding. I found her 45 min after the appointment time, took her into the vet, and showed her to the people. It was 7 minutes to the next appointment. They said they could not see my cat, they were waiting for the next appointment to show up. There were no other people in the office but staff. I am literally shaken because when I emailed them about my cat having anxiety on Sunday night, they did not open the email until I called them on Tuesday. Never again will I count on this vet service.

10/10! I have been a pet owner for a long time and haven’t experienced such great care, knowledgeable staff, and customer service in my previous vet clinics! Highly recommend if looking for a new vet!

Can’t say enough good things about West Cary Animal Hospital. We rescued a 5 month old puppy this fall, and we have received the best care from each and every member of their staff. When we first adopted him he was sick from Kennel cough and so I was quite scared, but they took such good care of my dog while calming my nerves as well. My puppy loves going to the vet, and I feel 100% confident he’s receiving the best care from Dr. Shipley. She listens to all of my concerns and obviously cares about her patients and their owners. The best vet I’ve ever had.

Dr. Munn and staff are amazing every time we see them. They take great care of my cat and I trust their expertise. They always take their time to provide quality care and costs are reasonable. We love it here!
