This is the worst location of Wells Fargo in RTP for sure if not overall.Staff is very rude.

Went to open an account on 28th Dec - and was told that there is no one to help for the rest of the year. What a wonderful customer service to decline business!! I hope WF is listening because customers have other options - and it is your loss.

Came here to start a new business account. I was told that there was no one who could help me for the next three days, despite having already spent a lot of time filling out all the required paperwork. They offered no solution, no other branches to try, etc. I ended up going across the street to a different bank, and they got me in immediately. Wells Fargo obviously doesn't care about getting new business, so they'll never get mine.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing but that didn’t stopped Beatriz from providing excellent customer service. Even thought it was almost closing time Beatriz handled all of my concerns and even went above and beyond to assist me with understanding how to use my digital wallet on my phone. Thank you Beatriz Wells Fargo is lucky to have you.

Terrible teller customer service. Was third in line and waited almost 20 minutes before I left and the line STILL hadn’t moved. Only had 2 tellers working and it seemed like one of them didn’t know what they were doing. No associates came to help or “thank us for our patience”. I felt invisible. I’m never coming back here.

It was great experience working with the Branch manager Bonnie , who helped us getting documents Notarized and witnessed. Will recommend and come to this brach for my backing needs in future.
