Great customer service! I’ve opened a new account in this location. Michael branch manager was so professional, proactive and knowledgeable to provide an excellent service and to suggest for even another useful services for my family that we were very pleased and satisfied. I’ll recommend this location to my friends.

This is the most less responsive bank in terms of picking up the customer's phone calls. I've called multiple times simply wanting to talk to a banker at this branch and no one ever picked up the phone. My calls finally transferred to the service calls center and the customer service at the services calls center has to call this local branch. At the end, the customer service center person can't reach out to the local bank people as well. My phone calls never got picked up and I were listening to the recording all the time.

Mike Roebuck provided excellent banking service to our family today! He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also provided a friendliness and warmth helping us through the challenges we were faced with. We were very appreciative of all he and his staff did to assist us today.

I've phoned numerous times to simply speak to someone at the branch to ask a couple of basic questions about possibly moving my business checking account to Wells. The phone tree never, NEVER, leads to a human, in spite of referencing connecting to a human. The options I'm given are to apply online (I need two questions answered *before* deciding whether or not to "apply") or to make an appointment in the branch. So I'm supposed to take...what? an hour?...out of my day to travel to and attend an appointment to ask two simple questions that could easily be addressed if they would JUST ANSWER THE PHONE. Customer service is atrocious. Avoid this branch, avoid Well Fargo, in general, as I had same experience with other branches, I guess this is their process/policy, i.e. to offload the effort to prospective customers so they can answer the question in person, wasting my time.

Decided to go to a WF Bank in Cary NC at Colonnades way to change an account. I was completely amazed by the superb service of Drew Becker the knowledgeable and professional banker located there. It is true, he is from my favorite state...but you can't beat the absolutely superior visit with this delightful banker! 3 Cheers!

Friday before Labor Day and only 1 teller working and the drive through is closed so those of us tired of the ineffective mask mandate clown show have to go in, wear a mask and stand in line 12 deep. Ridiculous!

Amazing customer service still exists at your local branch! I had to wire money to an Attorney with T-minus 3 hours to closing on my home. Unable to wire that amount online and Wells phone assistance, well - couldn't assist me. I walked up to the local branch (with no appointment & very likely a panicked expression on my face). Chris took me straight in and helped me! He was professional, courteous and efficient. Great to know such great service is still around. Thanks y'all!

Kristy N. is spot on in her review. Like Kristy, I had an excellent experience with Todd M. I am a new customer, and was concerned about this branch's low google ratings. Todd M immediately alleviated my concerns. His professionalism and customer service was above and beyond. Wells Fargo has a first round draft pick with Todd M.

My experience was great! I showed up on my lunch break without an appointment and Todd M. went out of his way to accommodate me. I didn’t feel like a bother and in fact felt the opposite. People like him remind me why Wells Fargo has been my bank for over a decade.
