Not yet a customer here but exited to be in the future as both a business and a personal client. Tierra is now my goto notary in Cary, and hopefully will be the banker that opens my account in the future. Very good staff at this location, crazy nice!

Wells Fargo is so frustrating when you call for a simple question it takes up to 15 mintues just to get a person then they transferred me 4 times and I am still on hold an hour later. Also they teller at the bank was very rude

I have been here before and had a negative experience but this was worse The cashiers were huddled together talking, I was the only customer and when I asked to use the bathroom as I really had to go I was told they did not have one. Thus would never at my old branch in apex, they would walk me to the employee bathroom... read full comment
