Came to do my taxes, left with tears of embarrassment.... He decided it was ok to discuss my weight issue, finances, and hygiene with negative intent? As a type 1 diabetic who was laid off, woke up 10 min before appointment and rushed without a shower arrived there and was there for only 15min. I did not expect to cry this early in the day, especially from someone from a Christian background. You didn't have to be mean, you don't know what people go through everyday. Adding to the depression doesn't help. Wish people were better.

After years of going with “the tax pros at the block”, I was disgusted with their higher prices and lack of care for their returning customers. We went with Webbs because we were in the area and they had amazing reviews. Well worth it, great tax service, great price and friendly people in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Very professional and knowledgeable of all the different tax laws and changes that happen from year to year. Mr. Webb and his team are accurate and fast with there work and the customer service is top notch.
