Extremely rude and dismissive call operator, unhelpful and unfriendly employee. This store gets ZERO stars for customer service from me. They should terminate the employee who answered the phone. Completely rude with an attitude like she didn't want to be at work. If you don't like your job quit! Don't take your frustrations out on complete strangers who are only calling to ask a simple question. Rude! Ridiculous! This call was made at 2:44 pm on Saturday June 22nd 2024. Hopefully that helps single out who I spoke with but she was downright disrespectful and rude. All I asked was to speak with someone in a specific department and she just came out with her attitude. Lady whoever you are, you really shouldn't work with the general public. Go work in a lab or somewhere you don't have to deal with people who call to ask questions. Completely ridiculous!

I found the eyewear center great. I shopped through the store. It was clean and in order. I found the items I needed and did the self the checkout stand. No wait. Nothing went wrong. Great visit.

Probably one of the worst Walmarts there is. They usually have 1 person working grocery pickup and half the time they get your order incorrect and never try and call the store as they don’t pick up the phone no matter what option you select. Just to add to this precious review. We have switched to delivery now from Walmart and the overall quality is still horrible. Frequently the produce picked is HORRIBLE, we are consistently missing items and if you actually try and call the store, NOBODY picks up. Really poorly managed store.

The Walmart is great, like most Walmarts. My only complaint is today I still can not tap my phone to pay for purchases. What the heck? Literally every place else I can go had that. What is up Walmart?

Blaring music out front and in the store, shockingly bad behaved customers, adults yelling on speakerphones, kids screaming, smell like cigarettes. Shocking how third world this place feels considering what a nice neighborhood it is in

Hard to find product.Not well organized.This Walmart does have a nice garden center though The staff are not friendly.most of them are shopping for pick up customers and they act like you are in the way of them shopping.They don't offer to help or acknowledge you I guess this is the new norm.
