So as I went to look at the site I saw the ratings at 2.3 Stars as of 4/27/24 I recently had the displeasure of going to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription when I went to pick up the prescription I was told that my ID number didn't match. I explained to the customer service representative that they may want to try a different number because I've had this issue before.painstakingly to no avail when I suggested to the customer service rep could she call the number on my card she had the audacity to say well it's Saturday and they're probably closed. When I got to my destination on the same day I called the medical carrier and they made the adjustments the number was wrong on the ID but they were willing to give me the new number. By the way I paid out of pocket for my medication just because a representative would not take enough initiative to call the medical carrier so they can put that number in the system.mmmm customer service can go a long way when you actually care about the customer.

Absolutely horrible! Was told my medicine would be ready one day, came back the next day to pick it up a day later than when I was told it would be ready, and it still wasn’t ready. Couldn’t wait so I left and came back to pick it up and now I’m in the insanely long line.

Would be nice if the hours for the pharmacy were accurate. Dropped in at 6:20pm (both Google Maps & the Walgreens app say the pharmacy closes at 8pm, except on the weekends) - Nope, the pharmacy was shuttered. Another wasted trip.?

Pharmacy is very unkind. I attempted to pick up a seizure medication for my dog (I also called about it earlier in the day to get an update and was told would be ready that day) and the pharmacy stated it was not ready. Totally fine, I just asked if it was because it was only partially available. When they said yes I asked if I could get a partial refill (since this tends to happen often with this med and so a partial has been done several times in the past) that way I would be able to give my dog his seizure meds in the morning. The staff was so unkind in return. I guess they forgot I could see how they were reacting in response to my question through the window? I then told them not to worry about it after seeing their reactions. Their response was “sorry it’s been a crazy day and we have been very behind” which I totally understand and always give people grace in these situations, but to be that unkind to me just in response to a question?! I understand frustrations but that was so awful and uncalled for. All they had to do was say no. Will be having my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy tomorrow.

My insurance dropped Harris Teeter and forced me to go to Walgreens. This store is absolutely aweful! They act like it is an absolutely drudgery to be working. Staff is not helpful, show no urgency and rude. Please bring back Harris Teeter!

If I could give -10 stars, I would! This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to in my life! It used to be good, but these 2 people are rude, condescending and inept. . Keianna and Sonja. Avoid them like the plague! I would go into detail, but I'm so over it right now! It took over thirty minutes for me to come out empty handed!?I will explain tomorow. A lil tidbit...After waiting foreva and being ignored by Sonja and talked down to by both,they would not honor the GOOD RX coupon. They said they're not affiliated with it and would not give me the price they were supposed to.

Great customer service As’hiya was very nice I had no clue about how to get photos off my phone but as’hiya was very patient with me and help guided me through . She was awesome

Pharmacy staff was fabulous! But front staff at 6pm tonight was very rude to a mom trying to use her coupons. Can't wait until these young folks have to pay for paper towels and see how much life actually costs. Never a reaon to be short/rude with a customer or try to embaress her. Do better.

They stopped doing curbside covid tests even though they advertise it on the building & online. We sat & waited an hour for the doctor to test us and eventually had to get a refund because it was taking too long so we just left. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Would give zero stars if possible, arrived at 3:45 for my 4pm pickup time and was told it was almost ready. At 4:55 I walked to the car to get in drive thru line since I had my 5 year old in there with me for over an hour- turns out my prescription was filled 10 minutes after I arrived but they ‘forgot’ to call my name and let me know despite me standing in front of them for over an hour. Switched pharmacies upon leaving.

Horrible costumer service, went there today to process a Fedex return, and the lady who works there told me that she could not accept a QR code for the return, when at the website fedex has this place as an option for returns with QR code, she said "you need to go to the actual fedex office to do it" which was a lie because I came to a different Walgreens location and they processed my return with the QR code. Is it painful to help your costumers?

We had a very poor experience at this Walgreens today. My wife paid to have her passport photo printed at this location. After it was printed, she requested to have it cut by about 1”. However, one worker told her that it couldn’t be done because the image was photographed elsewhere. The request would have taken a maximum of 10 seconds to fulfill, but this was apparently too much to ask for. Additionally, this individual was rude to my wife and told her that her passport photo would not be approved because her teeth are visible in her smile. Not only is this not true per the government’s website, but it was unnecessary and inappropriate. I hope that this location can improve customer service. We will not return anytime soon.

Avoid this pharmacy. I have been getting prescriptions at this store for 10 years but am in the process of transferring to another pharmacy. It’s unfortunate because it’s in a perfect location but their service is awful and has been for at least a year or two. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy close by.
