long wait times for prescriptions but they call you a hundred times to tell you it’s ready… if it’s ready why does it take an hour for me to receive my script?

Atrocious long wait for my scripts after having surgery today. Finally got my pain meds and antibiotics 4 hours after the first try. Still waiting on one other. And they attempted to fill some other prescription of mine that I did not request a refill for. Info in person/over the phone/and via text does not match. They said they had a problem with my insurance too. We will be changing pharmacies.

Do not trust this Walgreens for any vaccine out of the ordinary. I had scheduled a japanese encephalitis vaccine here and was incredibly thankful that I was able to find one near me. I go to my confirmed appointment and it turns out they don't have it and the appointment was... just not supposed to happen. I guess they hoped I would cancel it before revealing to me they had false information about provided vaccines?

The pharmacist handling phone calls should consider attending a class on phone etiquette and customer service. Making sarcastic remarks like "oh my God" and audibly exhaling while a customer is speaking is unprofessional. If workload is overwhelming, perhaps seeking a profession with a better work-life balance would be beneficial.

Pharmacy hours are ridiculous. Closing at 6pm? Good luck if you need a prescription. In addition, it took 4 days to get an urgent prescription for anti-seizure meds. Go somewhere else. Unless your illness fits their limited inventory and hours, you’re out of luck. Never dealt with such an awful pharmacy before. They wouldn’t wait 5 minutes past 6 pm so I could get my meds.

Prices are insane for everything at least double what you pay at target or Walmart. predatory. 12oz formula at Walmart 23.99. 14oz at Walgreens of the same stuff 42.99.

pharm tech with her name starting with the letter "M", could be melinda or Melissa was extremely rude. she gave inaccurate, conflicting information regarding a prescription manufacturer and quantity. when i asked her a question more than once she kept responding with a poor attitude, "like I said". she does not deserve to serve patients and customers considering how negative she is. it is important that we as patients and customers have a clear understanding as to the medications that we are putting into our bodies. therefore, we should be able to ask questions without feeling belittled and we should have the end result of feeling confident about the information we receive. that pharm tech did not care to assist or treat me the way i deserved. she should be retrained on how to properly serve patients and customers. I spoke to the pharmacist who was pleasant and apologetic but she said she would give me info on how the pharm tech name and how to leave feedback on a survey but she never gave me that info. I am planning to discontinue service with Walgreens 1210 Kildaire farm rd in Cary because of that pharm tech. I do not and will never recommend this Walgreens to anyone.

I had a disappointing experience at the store today. The cashier working was incredibly rude and made unwarranted smart remarks towards me throughout my time trying to check out. It was completely uncalled for. It's a shame that the positive interaction with the manager was overshadowed by the cashier's behavior.

Had to go to two to get a prescription eventually filled (currently an increasing issue w medications being on backorder/not available to pharmacy so customer prescription fillings not happening).Both were very well kept, and both sets of pharmacy staff were excellent to deal with.And did followup to check medicine was agreeing w me, a nice touch.

It would be nice to have one experience where there wasn’t a 20-30 minute wait with only one car in the drive through. Paid for same day delivery for medication in the morning and still haven’t gotten anything.

I'm shocked by the poor ratings here! The staff has always been nothing but nice and helpful. I use the drive-through due to cancer, and sometimes there is a wait; but I appreciate the service and helpfulness. I get my dog's epilepsy pills here too. No issues!

The store itself is fine. The pharmacist is rude. But the worst thing is the lying. I was told over and over I couldn't get a prescription. 1st because it wasn't under my insurance. I said I was happy to use GoodRX and pay the $10. No go. Then do to reordered and they told me it was out of stock. My doctor's nurse called 30 minutes later and all of a sudden it was in stock. Immediately went to pick it up and their was some odd discussion I couldn't hear but the pharmacist came back rung them up and rudely gave them. No explanation...no asking if I had questions. There are a few newer pharmacy employees but who knows how long they'll stay in that toxic environment.
