Beware that pharmacy hours are different from store hours and not customer centric. ALSO CLOSES FOR LUNCH. These need to be included in google maps. Service has been good otherwise.

Nobody seems to know the answers to simple questions and they cannot get the autorifill working properly, nor do they seem to know how. Pharmists do not care that problem has been going on for 6 months. I can only assume that they are either incompetent or don't care. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Unfortunately this negative experience with a pharmacy helper named Sage will never have me coming back. His rudeness and sense of entitlement is uncalled for. He purposely let me wait over 2 hours while my prescription was ready. I let him know I needed this prescription for a surgery the next morning. He then began checking me out when they were closing and refused to run my insurance, stating that if I wanted to use it, then I would have to pick it up the next morning. Sage also reprimanded me and told me that I should always pick up a prescription way before a surgery. I had no choice but to pay out of pocket with no insurance. Sage should not have a job working with people.

Pharmacy has the worst customer service. They take forever to even acknowledge you are waiting and even longer to take care of you. I have been there many times and someone behind the counter asks if you have been helped and then tells you that someone will be with you and then walks away leaving you to wait and wait and wait.

Went there at 9:00AM and was told to wait 10 minutes while they fill my order or just come back later. I came back later and had to wait 8 minutes while they filled the order of the person that was in front of me. Why didn’t they have her comeback in 10 minutes instead of holding up the drive thru?

This location is dangerously understaffed.I had a vaccine appointment yesterday, September 10th. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment, but they didn't get me in until 45(!) minutes after my appointment time. If I'm going to wait an hour, why did I make an appointment?

One star for photo center and lady that works in photo center is very rude and Impatient. she doesn’t know how to take the passport photos.Also don’t waste your time by going there for Passport photos. It will definitely not going to be accepted by embassy.

They advertise that they are a Fedex drop off but they don't take any electronics so one star for making me carry a box into and out of the store containing a broken laptop computer to be sent in for repair.

I had the worst experience at the Stone Cove pharmacy. I refilled 2 prescriptions. When I picked them up at the drive up, nothing was said to me. I later noticed they had given me green pills when my pills should’ve been white. The pharmacist decided on her own to refill my prescription with a different manufacturer as if I would not notice. I prefer not to take pills that are dyed. The other prescription was filled with a different manufacturer also. They were so hard I could not break them in half since I only need to take half a tablet. I was told to bring them back the same day but could not get there until noon the following day still within 24 hours. I spoke to the pharmacist on the phone who was extremely rude to me and blamed me for not checking my medication right away. She also said since I was a transfer to this location, she cannot see what the previous Walgreens (down the road) had given me. This was my third time visiting this pharmacy and I know for a fact that Walgreens pharmacy can see prescriptions filled to all of their customers. I decided to bring the pills back the next day and tell the pharmacist I did not approve of dyed pills. She proceeded to argue with me and look at me with a very cold look. After I told her she can keep her pills and I was going to call my doctor, she began to do the return. Please make sure you all check your medication as soon as you pick it up from this location because if there are any mistakes, the pharmacist is going to blame it on you and argue with you endlessly.

Matthew was very nice w/ helping me. But one of his cashiers’ conduct towards me was kind of weird.1- I was attempting to load my card with cash - )$350 one time, with the $4.95 fee (SoFi Bank, which has their own card services and the cash deposit option is serviced through Green Dot Bank - Walmart, Walgreens, 711 and so on) - the older lady with the weird glasses immediately after I asked about the cash deposit through that service she shouted at my face: THIS IS NOT A BANK, WE DO NOT DO THAT HERE! What a joke. If you aren’t going go train your associates with this kind of service *AHEM* Management and Corporate then Green Dot needs to take your company off the eligible list for transferring cash to debit that allows the service. It’s so common sense.2- Then the GM came along and within minutes I was all done. But I got off the store angry and I’m never coming to this location again.

The pharmacy at Walgreens in Stone Cove village in Cary, is by far the best. The staff and pharmacist are extremely helpful and caring..they are always willing to go above and beyond to help..great store, and friendly people!

Booked COVID vaccine appointments for my kids at this location...BIG MISTAKE! Had to wait 1.5 hours before being seen by the pharmacist. AVOID this location for vaccines!!!

I have never left a bad review before but after my experience with this Walgreens over the past few months I felt compelled to leave one. This Walgreens is incapable of properly executing monthly refills. Every month they never fail to leave at least one of my three prescriptions out and I have to call and remind them to refill it. Many times I'm notified my prescriptions are ready only to get there and find out they are still working on some and I will have to come back. I have tried to be patient, I understand that mistakes happen, but when they consistently mess it up month over month I'm left extremely frustrated. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I hope this feedback is considered by the company for future customers, especially those that rely on their prescriptions being filled properly and on time.
