Had to go to two to get a prescription eventually filled (currently an increasing issue w medications being on backorder/not available to pharmacy so customer prescription fillings not happening).Both were very well kept, and both sets of pharmacy staff were excellent to deal with.And did followup to check medicine was agreeing w me, a nice touch.

I had a disappointing experience at the store today. The cashier working was incredibly rude and made unwarranted smart remarks towards me throughout my time trying to check out. It was completely uncalled for. It's a shame that the positive interaction with the manager was overshadowed by the cashier's behavior.

It would be nice to have one experience where there wasn’t a 20-30 minute wait with only one car in the drive through. Paid for same day delivery for medication in the morning and still haven’t gotten anything.

No regards for customers. Went to pick up a prescription, attempting to use the drive thru. The was a sign stating it was closed, and it was not lunch time. No biggie, went in and waited in line behind several people. As soon as I was next to be served, another customer jumped in front of me. He was not redirected to wait nor was my time considered with an apology or anything. No customer is more important than the other. Need more employees and training

Never using this pharmacy again. Pretty much every time it's a hassle. My latest prescription was sent in over a week ago. I have called every other day to see when it will be ready. Every day I was told a different reason it wasn't ready and that it would be ready that day or the next. It's still not done and I have no idea when it will be. This has become a pretty typical experience.

The service here was excellent! I was helped or acknowledged by three separate people within a few minutes of entering the store. They processed my order as fast as they could. I appreciate their efficiency and attentiveness.

I was buying lighters and got them from the cashier. When I went to get more items to buy within the store, the cashier told me I couldn't walk around with the lighters since they belong to the front of the store. When I came back up to check out at the cash register, she finally gave them back to me so I could pay for them. I felt racially profiled.

Worst customer service ever! I definitely will never be back here. I placed an online photo pick up order the night before, paid for it ahead of time on my card. Went in the next afternoon and two associates were at the front, with no one else around in the store. No one manning the photo center. I walked up and approached them to ask for assistance. They saw me standing there, made eye contact with me and continued to partake in small talk/goofing off. After 3 or 4 minutes of standing around awkwardly, I ask for help with my order. One of the employees goes to the photo center, hands me my order and walks away. I had to chase her down yet again because my photo cards contained no envelopes whatsoever. I had to wait 5-10 minutes for the other associate she directed to help me, find envelopes. He first picks up a size too small, insists they will work even when I told him no. Finally the original associate comes back over and finds the correct size, puts them in a box and hands them to me and sends me on my way. As I’m leaving, the second associate chases me out into the parking lot, screaming at me to come back in and pay for the photos, which I already had. I told him I paid for it when I placed the order, went to show him the receipt, and he basically cornered me into my parking spot demanding I enter back into the store. So I went back in, paid (again) and told him how unhappy I was with the customer service here I would be disputing a double charge since I already paid. He almost wouldn’t give me my card back, which he admitted they had in the system already for the order, and I had to take it back from him. Do yourself a favor and visit any other Walgreens but this place!!

Followed in the store by cashier to the same aisle as me. Cashier didn’t say hello, thank you, or anything. No good.

Went here 3 weeks ago and have been meaning to leave a review. I dropped off my order and was told it would be over an hour even though there was no one waiting. While waiting, someone showed up for a SCHEDULED flu shot appointment and was told she would have to wait even though she had a time scheduled. An hour and 20 minutes after I dropped it off, it was ready. I go home, opened the bottle, and my prescription for 8 antibiotics had only 5 in the bottle. I drove all the way back and they put the other 3 in there. Very unprofessional and the people working there looked like they did not want to be there. Needs better management. Will never come here again to fill prescription.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in Photos Section. I enjoyed young lady that checked me out. Also, I enjoyed the young lady that assisted me throughout the store.

Slow staff, out of stock of everything you want, staff gets confused if you pay in cash, can’t do simple math, typical Southerns. Basic math is hard. LEARN BASIC MATH. LEARN BASIC ADDITION AND SUBTRACTION MONEY WISE.
