One of the female pharmacists is incredibly rude and insensitive. I've never experienced a situation where I was treated as if I'm inconveniencing a healthcare provider by simply calling to check if a medication was in stock. I'm on a medication that would be considered a specialty product that typically needs to be ordered in advance. It's used to treat PCOS-related inflammation and weight gain. They only had 15 out of the 120 that I would need on hand, and when I asked her if she thought they'd have it on the shelf still for a partial fill the following day, she said "We don't fill this every day and we don't see people on this." Her tone was clearly aggravated, but also judging that I was filling a product commonly used for weight loss. I had called the prior day before my doctor sent the refill, and followed up after my appointment to be sure they received the RX. The first thing she did was tell me that it wasn't in stock and told me that they wouldn't have it until Monday - I had started to say I had called yesterday and spoke to the pharmacist. She cut me off and said "Yeah, I'm aware you spoke to me," and "why can't you wait until Monday?" Clearly she has no empathy, and as a healthcare provider she should not put judgement on people for filling medications, regardless of what she thinks or feels about it. You chose to take a job at Walgreens, if you don't like your job, work somewhere else.

I've been going to the pharmacy here for many years now and they are always great. Everyone here is so genuinely nice and professional. There are several pharmacists that have been at this location for several years, I wish I knew all of their names so they get the shout out they deserve (i believe one of their names is Brett). They always have helpful information and make things as smooth as possible. Thank you all for the great assistance over the years!

Their photo/film development process is AWFUL. it's been almost a month and i still have yet to recieve my film . i get a different answer everytime i call or come here to see if it's ready. im literally so pissed off. this point i think the film is lost or something. i'm never coming back here to get it done

The staff is so incredibly friendly that I always leave this Walgreens store in a better mood than when I walked in. All other Walgreens are just drug stores to me but this one is something special. I've never written a yelp review before but I was driven to based on my great experience here.

Unbelievable lack of customer service. Dropped off several prescriptions for my daughter who is home from college just after 11 am and the lady at the drive they irritatedly said it would be after 1 pm before she could get it filled. I had provided them our new insurance card effective Nov 1st which she took and gave back. None were ready at 1 pm so I'm back here at 430 pm (as they are closing early today due NYE) and at the drive thru they noted it would be over $3700. When I asked if they had filed with insurance they said our insurance had expired - so I knew they had filed with the old card on file. So I'm inside with 10 other people waited in line and now told it will be another 30 minutes to re-file with the insurance card I provided them @ 11 am. Seriously considering never coming back in this store again!!!

I love this Walgreens! I've been to many Walgreens but never had a good enough trip to write a review. The store was very clean and open. They had everything I wanted and it was easy to find. I ended up buying more than planned as they had lots of good deals going on. The lady working saw I had my hands full and took items out of my arms and walked with me to the check out. She was so sweet!
