I don't usually write reviews. But this is the best mom and pops dry cleaner in Cary hands down. I I bring them clothes once a week for the last several years and have never had a problem. It's a joy driving up to the window and talking with them. Great people and they do an excellent job dry cleaning.

THEY DO THE CLEANING AT THEIR FACILITY! Took a suit, sport coat, some shirts, and pants there. Actually gave me a discount because I was a first time user. Extremely nice, and did a great job quickly with my clothes.

This company took advantage of our urgent needs while on vacation. We had a flea issue in our hotel. They said they would clean our stuff for under the amount we specified on the phone. Said it would be done the same day. It didn't get finished for two days and charged over promised pricing. Then when we picked our stuff up they had laundered items that shouldn't have been. Items that should have been dry cleaned. They are ruined and shrunk now. We paid $428 for the poor service and lost hundreds in clothing because they now don't fit. Terrible experience. They dry cleaned pajamas and cotton shirts but washed and dried expensive bikinis and bras that can't be tumble dried!

I had never used this place either. Couldn't get in touch with Medlin Davis. They did a wonderful job on my daughter's graduation gown, and my husband's shirts. All while they had a little crisis. Lovely people and great service and their prices are great as well. I will be back! Thank you, The Terrett Family!

When a worker busted through the attic into my closet ceiling, the insulation that had been refilled up there just months prior covered everything from business attire to my undershirts and baseball caps.I called multiple places and Neal was the only one who gave me an enthusiastic “Yes!” to my unique problem (insulation is difficult to clean off for multiple reasons). He not only carefully sorted through and noted down each of my 63 garments and hats, but he cleaned them a day earlier than promised AND delivered them to my house at no extra cost!I have years-old undershirts that I literally didn’t recognize because they looked almost new. Every single hangar I gave him was returned to me. And each hangar faced the same direction (hey, it’s the little things that can make or break your day).…And all this over the Christmas weekend.I’ll only be taking my dry cleaning here from now on - and you should, too.

I had never had anything dry cleaned before and tried this place on a whim and am SO glad I did- Village Cleaners exceeded my expectations and I will happily return. The owner was incredibly communicative, the service affordable and the turnaround time was rapid. My item came back looking better than when I initially bought it and I am so happy with the way it turned out. The owners are clearly passionate about what they do and care about serving their customers with excellence and consistency.

In my experience, using Village Cleaners for dry cleaning and alterations has been a great experience. They are professional, courteous, reliable, and trustworthy. The owner is very friendly and caring. The quality of work is great. No buttons will go missing and the sleeves are ironed perfectly. They regularly offer coupons for dry cleaning discount. I highly recommend them.
