“We have been going to Chatham Animal Hospital for 11 years now and the reason is simple - they provide amazing service and the vets are simply the best. Let's start with Dr. Bailey - not only is he extremely competent, but he's such a delight when you speak with him. Always really good advice and you won't find a more caring person. The there's Dr. Cradick. She's just as kind, caring and competent as Dr. Bailey and always a delight to see. There was also Dr. K, who recently retired. He was wonderful and both his son and daughter worked at the Hospital (daughter still does and she's just as much a delight as the rest).
I would highly recommend Chatham Animal Hospital to anyone who wants excellent care for their pets. As I mentioned before, this is based on having been going there for 11 years and looking forward to many more!”
“I've had a great experience with all of the staff at Animal Kingdom with both my dog and guinea pigs! They are very gentle and understanding with my dog, who gets nervous/anxious, and I have found the clinic's environment to be much calmer and cozier than other larger clinics! Dr. Highsmith has been excellent with my pets and I am so glad I found Animal Kingdom. As a bonus, they accept PetAssure!”

“They are great with our pup. We have been there for normal check-ups, dental cleanings, and health issues. The staff has been friendly, informative and, when needed, reassuring. The ladies at check in are always kind and happy to see us upon arrival. Sumaya (I hope I’m spelling this correctly - I apologize if not) is always so good with our shy girl and we are happy to see her when we take Stella in. Dr. Fourre is another friendly face here who is great and transparent as a vet. We moved out of Cary and still come here because of the staff and service. It’s a little pricier than some other options but they have the Thrive plan that can help with costs.”
“Have been working with Dr. K and his team since they opened n 2014 or so. I have 6 dogs, and they have cared for each of them and the variety of situations ranging from preventative care, to injuries, illnesses, and euthanasia. Top notch care, they are busy because they are very good!”
“I have only had pets, two cats, for three years so this is the first veterinary practice I've had experience but they have set a very high bar for me.
I had a lot of questions and fretted a lot and they were very receptive to my phone calls and more frequent booking of appointments when I was fretting over them more.
Their entire staff is very personable. We have had appointments with several of their doctors over these three years and I feel like they go above and beyond to provide the best care.
They have even dedicated some of their exam rooms for specific animals. We were seen today in a room especially for cats. They provide climbable surfaces, soft toys, pheromones for calming effects, amongst other small touches. These provided a noticeable effect for our cats.
I truly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a vet!”

I needed a same day appointment for my cat because of an ear infection and I also was a new client and VCA fit me in same day with absolutely no issues and was able to pull all the information from my previous vet no problem:) They were so kind and caring with my cat and gave us an adorable bag filled with cat toys and important information regarding further care for your furry friend! Dr Le Blanc was our vet and she’s spectacular, thank you so much VCA and I look forward to our next appointment!”

“My Chloe and I visited Northwoods Animal Hospital for the first time yesterday and we met Dr. Chappell. I've had fur babies all of my life and Dr. Chappell is one of the best veterinarians that we have ever had. He is knowledgeable, very patient and he listens! He took the time to explain everything and to answer my questions. He truly cares about the well being of his patients and it shows.
Friendly, prompt service. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The staff and vet techs are awesome! You can tell that they love what they do. Chloe and I could not be more pleased. We even got a follow up call the next day to see how everything was! I highly recommend Northwoods Animal Hospital!!!”

“The team at VCA Cornerstone truly treat you and your pets like family. I met them about 8 years ago after moving here and needed help with my senior dog in his final days. They have truly been incredible over the years as we added more fur babies (and hooman babies) to our pack. They have supported us and have given us the education and guidance necessary to give our fur babies the care they needed. Most recently, we unfortunately had to say goodbye to one of our pack- it was an impossible decision that I would wish on no one. They were so caring, compassionate, reassuring and truly there for us. Things have changed since I said goodbye to my senior dog about 8 years ago, and the recent office renovation includes a comfortable room that looks more like a living room than a dr office. Allowing us to give our final hugs and belly ear scratches before saying goodbye to Wrigley as he crossed the rainbow bridge. Since then our other 2 dogs have been back for their preventive care and dental cleaning. Dr. DeSilvia, Dr.Wahl, Kyleigh, and Caitlin are all incredible. We missed them terribly when we moved to Texas for a couple years before moving back. I cannot recommend them enough! Quality vet care is not cheap, and I truly feel like you get what you pay for- however the care club program makes it much more affordable and easier to budget for the expected and unexpected.”

“I was taking my beautiful German Shepherd "Max" here for almost 4 years. Unfortunately we had to put him down. He was 13 years old. I have to say this is the best veterinarian hospital and dog hotel ever. Very professional and great prices that are lower than any other place we have been. They have exceptional customer service and my dog loved to go there. When my dog ? passed away. They helped me through the process. They also recommended the cremation company that did an exceptional job with the earn. I was torn without my max and they truly cared.”
