Grayson provided me with incorrect information when I purchased my phone on Dec 18. I went to the store again to resolve the issue and he had no solutions and just casually apologized for his mistake.He refused to give me the store managers phone number or district manager’s number.I left with zero resolution and he offered me no help at all, other than restating at it was his mistake.

Twice burned with Verizon. I attempted to switch to Verizon at the Cary, Boulderstone store. visited in early October, ordered 4 new phone and 5 lines as part of a promotion. After a month of checking status on the undelivered 4th phone, I learned today through the incompetent desk clerk that they canceled my order. You cannot call the store directly and walk in is a disaster! never, ever again Verizon. dead to me!

I was dreading having to spend time taking care of updating my account, adding a new line and buying three new phones for my family. Wow! Easy-peasy all the way and the lady helping us, I think her name was Edith, was five star all the way. Friendly, professional and just an asset to the Verizon family.

The employee open the door, but would not serve me because he was on lunch break. I’m not sure what corporate policy is here, but at my business we serve the customer, even if it means cutting a lunch break short or taking it later in the day!

Great customer service from a friendly representative when my daughter's phone had technical issues (i.e., dialing emergency services on its own and not turning back on even after charging). He greeted us as soon as we walked in and assisted us as soon as he finished up with his previous customer. Although they couldn't fix the phone in store, he helped us start the replacement process and my daughter received her replacement phone shortly thereafter.
