Beautiful campus is true but almost no one works there, looks like a prison. I saw four cars in the parking lot.I visited this location peacefully to discuss my extremely high invoices that I was getting for my business account. A $100 approximately plan that was actually costing me $450- $1200 a month. I was escorted out by two security guards. No conclusion obtained. After reading the rest of the pleasant reviews from people that work there, its no wonder they are happy because they are draining my bank account to pay them, and the service is marginal at best.

Very nice campus with new office environmental updates. If you love to get your creative juices flowing, the new open space, activity based workspace is ready. Love the recent investments in the building and fitness center. Ample parking as most employees remain remote.

This company is completely inept when it comes to resolving problems. The local rep and manager continue to give BS excuses for whatever the issue(s) are. The latest is they cannot figure out how to EFT or charge my credit card for my monthly bill. Unbelievable. Even worse, the local reps indicate that billing is really not their thing but won’t fix the problem internally. Outcome....every month I get a call from their collections department asking me to make a payment. Which I do directly. I have now wasted countless hours just trying to get them to address the billing issues. Seriously. Just trying to set up easy monthly payments to give them money and they can’t even do that. Pathetic.

Verizon is simply the best. You can't get service everywhere, but overall they are the best. It's funny people want service everywhere, but nobody wants a tower in their neighborhood! Go figure. Next time you go to a remote location with some friends check and see who has coverage. Usually it's Verizon.
