My Nail Technician, Ichy was excellent and professional in every way possible to complete the service that I desired !

I absolutely loveeee my new nails. I’m usually basic and boring with my nails, but I decided to venture out with a little sparkle line and diamond. I got my nails done by Ichy. She did a beautiful job and was gentle with my nails! She did exactly what I asked for! I 100% recommend her and this place. It's very calming and clean inside too.

This place is so great. I have been going to another salon for several months now and they were closed today for some reason so I went here bc they had great reviews for the particular service I was needing(gelX) with quality results in several photos and also accepted walk-ins, and tbh I was happier with what I got here and how much I paid for it than I have been at my regular salon, so I will be switching over to urbanchic from now on. Def earned a regular customer!
Requested style: I got the gelX nails. They last forever and are so strong, they don’t break or come off. I can wear them for 4 weeks easy. Also got the cat eye polish. It gives such a cool visual effect catching the light. It costs a little more bc of the time and effort of application, it’s totally worth it tho.

Call in morning and wasn’t told I had to make an appointment once I got there the receptionist was nasty to my sister and me. She said , “you have to come back at five since you don’t have an appointment. “ No one was behind us we trying to decide if we wanted to come back and receptionist said, “ You Want The Appointment or not.” You don’t rush customers like that also I should been told to make appointment that morning.

I religiously come to UrbanChic to see Waverly! She is phenomenal nail tech and ALWAYS does an amazing job at whatever service i choose. She is extremely talented in designs and I will be a repeat customer for life.
UrbanChic has a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly & professional and everything is always clean!
I love this place and recommend to anyone looking for the perfect experience.

This was my first time visiting and I had a great experience! The receptionist greeted me nicely as soon as I walked in and got me seated with a tech almost immediately (with no appointment!) Nika did my nails and did a great job! I got Gel-X, she worked quickly but didn’t rush over any steps and I’m very happy with my nails, I will be back!

Aliyah has been my nail tech for over 6 years!! where she goes i follow!!!! her work speaks for itself!!!! if you tell her freestyle..she does just that and with a twist!! always leaving me speechless!!!! Her concentration;her conversations;overall a vibe!!! its hard finding a nail tech that is so detailed with their work and it shows she loves what she does!!! i will definitely recommend seeing her and having one of the many great experiences i get to enjoy☺️

I got GelX nails with chrome and the service was amazing but my chrome started chipping off a week later but i honestly don't blame that on the salon at all. Trying to paint over a powder, you'd expect it to chip pretty easy. I have a hard time finding people who I really feel like dedicate time and attention to the process and I feel like I got that attention and dedication that I've been looking for here. I'll 100% be back.

I’m very picky about my nails— I started coming here about 5 months ago & my experience is always 10/10! They’re flexible with booking, I love my nails every time, no matter which nail tech I get, and the fact that they offer wine/refreshments goes above and beyond!
