They wanted to charge $2.40 to print a label for an Amazon return. I pulled the information on my phone for them to scan and they said it didn't work and I would need to print. I had already packaged the item in a box and the label is what 1 inch x 3 inches and they want over 2 dollars to print it. Absolutely ridiculous, when I asked why so expensive the only response was that's the price. Had to walk out and I'll never return to this location. UPS is staying in business marking up cost of ink by 2000%

I wanna give a special shout out to Tadhg (hope I spelled that right)! He was super helpful and friendly, which I appreciated so much. I also work in a customer service oriented job, so I can tell when someone genuinely cares and goes above and beyond! The other young man working there was nice as well from what I witnessed waiting in line.

Outstanding customer service yesterday! Needed several electronic files changed to a different format. This store helped me to email them the files, they made the changes, and emailed those changed files back to me. Customer service representative De did a great job! Thanks guys.
