After visiting Holly Springs ULTA, with the manager and staff not willing to help, keeping me waiting and just unfriendly I left and thought I would just order from Amazon, wait two days and pay less. On a hunch, I dropped into Crossroads ULTA. The staff, Ashley and Rosha were so friendly professional and quick to help that I was done in less than 14 minutes. In this day and age customer service is so important. I will never to any other ULTA. Great Job ladies at Crossroads ULTA I so appreciate you both.

Employees are wonderful! I absolutely HATE that I am nagged to sign up for a super high interest ulta credit card all the time though so I've been shopping online instead. I feel bad for the Employees being forced to push these cards or face their hours being cut.

I went to the Ulta Salon today to have my daughters (5) ears pierced.The women in the salon in Cary are actual and literal angels. All of them. My daughter got her first ear done and then we had some feelings about the second ear. Some big feelings and some big reactions, hers and mine.Everyone in the salon (aaaand the store) were SO kind and patient. Once my daughter finally did her second ear, everyone helped to cheer her on and congratulate her.Though I hope their ear piercings are not all as complex as ours was, they all did such a great job with my daughter annnnd with me.Thank you ladies!!!

My grandbaby is turning five. She’s been talking about getting her ears pierced since she’s been talking, and we’ve been telling her that if she still wanted to do it when she turned five, we would let her. Well, she’s turning five and she still wanted to get them pierced, so we took her to Ulta. We heard it was a much better alternative to Claire’s. Well, everything was fine at first, but as soon as that earring gun came out and pierced her first ear, my sweet little angel of a grandbaby became a raging scream monster. We did everything in our power to calm her down, and as embarrassment from the tantrum was setting in, the entire female staff swooped in and also tried everything we could to tame the beast and try to get her to calm down so she could get her matching earring. Somehow, the angel that is Ulta employee Alicia finally got that other earring in. When it was finally over and her mother and I were thoroughly spent by the whole ordeal, the Ulta ladies fawned all over the grandbaby, telling her how beautiful she is, giving her some pink faerie hair and even money for ice cream. Thank you Ulta staff! You were AMAZING!!! ♥️

I'm not one to write poor reviews, however, my mother visited this location yesterday looking for help/advice about a certain product. The gentleman working there was incredibly condescending towards her when she was just needing help with a makeup tip! Sir, that is embarrassing behavior....Yikes - we won't be back.

Ginger, in the salon, is a great hairstylist!She puts a lot of thought into getting your highlights the perfect shade for your skin tone & features. And, the results speak for themselves!Ginger never rushes through her work; she's very calm & a great conversationalist!

So disappointed today. Used to be a great Ulta. Now, not so much. Lots of empty spots where products should be. After being told I could use my coupon...wouldn't go through...oh, can't use it on seasonal promo Christmas makeup kits. She said they are a "pre Black Friday" deal. Never before! I have bought them many times and have used my coupon on them each time! Also, prices are not marked clearly on items or shelves where they are displayed. Waited in line..no other customers..while 2 people behind counter did whatever, inc changing the trash bag. This place has declined rapidly!

Shop here when you'd like to be mistreated. The Cross Road location have the worse customer care, first, there were four people standing doing nothing! walking around holding their hands, not one of them tried to assist me, they saw me having trouble and needing assistance finding my foundation shade, one of them looked at me then looked and walked away, pacing holding her hands, this person instead of assisting me, intensively starting at me as I walk to the register to pay as if I was not going to pay.Second the person at the register although very politely, told me that she couldn't and wouldn't try to find me another one without a dirty box , having foundation smeared all over it, she said she couldn't check to see if there was another one, "that's how it is, it comes that way from the manufacturer), now I have to get in touch with Nars.I was extremely poorly treated, I'm paying full price for very expensive items, The least they can do is be decent humans, have decent customers service. I had the choice of not getting the foundation, whoever my color is very hard to find.Horrible experience. MANAGEMENT take a look at the footage you'll see I'm not exaggerating, I was there at 12:25 at the Nars display, if you even care to know, specially you're in charge of your poorly train/performance employees.

Magicians. I booked on a whim and Samar and Julie did not disappoint. They caught the vision and effortlessly transformed my hair and makeup into a black tie ready look. They will take excellent care of you.

Generally good experience at this Ulta store. The salon appointments run late A LOT.... wind up waiting when you arrive then your own appointment finishes later than expected. Maybe it's just certain stylists trying to cram too much in or just slow, not sure, but I'm finding it seems to be the rule rather than the exception. I do still like this Ulta store though.
